I really hope SB2 isn't just another SOTM...

aka a copy of every modern mascot horror game.

Don't get me wrong, I love SOTM but the gameplay was like every modern mascot horror game. Security breach was annoying because you had to run back and forth but it was special.

Security breach was not only a massive change for the future of FNaF, it also had one of my favourite types of horror. A (massive) transitional space that should be full, but is completely empty and silent. Aka liminal horror. It would be scarier if the robots didn't teleport and you didn't have 200 billion staff bots, but there are areas where it is eerie. With the ambience, the sounds of moving machines, and the bright lights make everything feel wrong since there are ZERO people. FNaF 1-6 weren't liminal in the way security breach is. There is a deep dive on YouTube that explains it better than I do.

John's original story of security breach video is literally making me insane and making me think so much. because the fact that they have named this new game "Security Breach 2" verbatim (because they wouldn't even have a number in the title if it was a new title it's going to be security breach 2) is so interesting to me.

because Gregory's mystery and the quote unquote twist of GGY and the fact that Gregory was working with vanny and glitchtrapped as well never got to come to fruition in the games story campaign. so the idea that because his mystery has not been solved yet and the fact that it has not come to fruition and Scott has been teasing GGY for years on end with multiple teasers and Easter eggs in different games, Scott has always been GGYpilled he wrote all the GGY parts of security breach. the fact that this game that he was very excited for in 2024 is going to be titled Security Breach 2 literally the sequel and second half of the story that never got to make it to security breach of Gregory and GGY and his mystery being solved and learning about the twist quote unquote that he was working with glitchtrap as well. I'm insane
