1. the body needs sleep, 6-8 hours preferably
2. hydrate!! drink water, its good for u :)
3. eat! how are you meant to properly function on an empty stomach

5. go outside! the sun feels nice on ur skin! the air feels good on ur skin!! the sun greets me good morning and the moon kisses me goodnight, the dirt feels caught in my throat but i hope a flower blooms :)
6. make your living space comfy!! god or whatever knows you need this safe space. the more soft things the better :>
