The flight is so intriguing because this is an incredibly high stress situation with many life or death instances. These characters are reacting to everything with suspicion and fear. They lie, steal, and keep secrets. But the personalities we are seeing is them in survival mode. We don't really know how they behave when life isn't constantly out to get them. However, they live in a world at war, so their entire existence is shaped by the danger of death and corruption.

Just something I have been thinking about. These guys behave the way they do both because of the situation they are in and how they were raised. But we don't really know these characters outside of fear.

scott really is the fakest idgafer huh. this is already obvious but I was writing out a whole thing about his character in relation to power and like. huh. he talks a lot about how he wants people to fear him but he also really wants people to adore him. he outwardly likes shelby and shows her more affection compared to pyro and the thing is she treats him kind of normally? to his face she doesnt act like shes scared of him much and more just treats him like. a friend. shes like kind of nice to him and hes all "ur the only person here I would want to spend eternity with :)))))" girl. you suck ass but you are so so lonely. he lies to others to get their trust but also so they like him a little more. he acts like hes all mad he got woken up from his nap and just wants to be left alone but you know full well if he was all alone in his empty manor he would be miserable. he wants people to worship him but also like him and be his friend. "you really think you can lie to me and get away with it?" he acts all menacing and says hes just disappointed but I would guess the idea that pyro and shubble would want to turn human again and leave him would actually hurt him a lot. not that he would ever show it lmaooo he would just get all high and mighty and try to manipulate everyone again. because he sucks.

I’ve been so distraught over the end of Avid’s episode 7 that I completely glossed over the fact that he admitted to Scott that he had been suicidal and Scott’s reaction was “that’s lame”

I was losing motivation to work on this, so don’t come at me for not trying on the background lol.

As I was working on this I had no idea how I wanted to go about designing the figure, I didn’t want to go with a standard shadow figure because I thought that would look too much like the rebels, but then I had the thought to make it a skeleton/shadow creature because of its whole “keeping the dead thing” and living in the crypt. I also got the idea from a tattoo of mine.
