Cross Stitch Update: October 2nd 2022
Here is it, the final product of the Wonders of the Night Sky stitch-along. This pattern is not mine, I purchased it from Climbing Goat Designs
A gift for @tyrograph! I’ve been eyeing this pattern for a little while and when you said you liked tea, I knew exactly what to make ☕️
Pattern from FuzzyFoxDesigns
So many ladies at the quilting group didn’t know about this little tool. If you do embroidery or other thread based crafts like friendship bracelets or cross stitch, you need one of these for winding bobbins. It makes it go so much faster, and they end up more evenly wound. I found this one at Walmart in the craft section.
Finally finished!!!
The pattern is Spanish Diamonds by Northern Expressions on Etsy
Three months later and I’ve finally finished my latest large-scale project!
Pattern is from World of Cross Stitching Magazine issue 320, June 2022
In the name of the Moon, I'll punish you!
Saw this beautiful sailor moon pattern and just couldn’t resist, this was one of my first anime!

Just finished!
Finished!
Pattern from NeniSweetStitches on Etsy. Stitched directly to cotton fabric using waste canvas.
Gift for a friend! Next step is framing!
Finally finished the first of the first set of Christmas ornaments. Design was published in Issue 158 of Cross Stitch Crazy.
This will be given to the youngest of my nieces instead of a Christmas card.
Another I made a long time ago. Rectangular tissue box cover.
Why yes, I did spend a month cross stitching my favourite shit post, and now you must behold it (as well as in different light conditions before I tidied it up) because it is ridiculous and pretty.
I've been confirmed for a local craft fair!
I'll have several of my projects I've posted over the years as well as several new ones that I've been working on! If you're nearby consider stopping by!
Thought I’d post one of my finished pieces today. This isn’t the sort of thing I usually stitch; I prefer larger pieces (this one’s only 6′’ x 6′’), preferably with beads and metallics and *lots* of detail, but I still like this little piece.
And don’t let the size fool you: this was neither quick nor easy. Nearly every color was a blend and by the time I finished I swore I wouldn’t touch a piece that used blends for a long time (then promptly started a Teresa Wentzler carousel horse that’s almost entirely blends, lol).
For the curious, this is ‘The Puppy’ by Irina Neskorodeeva, stitched two over one on sixteen count aida. If anyone wants to stitch their own, the pattern is free and can be found here: https://smartcrosstitch.com/free-cross-stitchpatterns/free-cross-stitch-puppy/
Finished this a while ago for a coworker. First time stitching on black aida which is definitely not the easiest thing to stitch on but the colors look great on it.
Pattern is from StitchingUniverse on Etsy.
