All in a day‘s work in my humble peasant kitchen 💜 another day of getting over a kilo worth of blackberries from the garden, so I made Brombeerschnitten (the cake that hasn’t been cut into bars yet) and jam. I also had weiße Ribisel (white currants) from the store that were going old so I turned them into jam as well. And finally, I had two giant pickling cucumbers ripe from the garden, so I turned them into pickles!

After 4 long years, I'm finally able to restock altar items! It took me a while to find a supplier (after we relocated the shop to Austria) that shared my values, but it was worth the wait! The quality of the items is great, and everything is just so cute. I'm really happy.

Since I have so many other things coming to the shop this month, if you'd like to place an order for these items and keep it an open box for now, just write a note at checkout! I will hold your shipment and I'll make sure you're either refunded shipping on your next order or I'll leave it off your invoice if it's from my next tumblr sale. Just keep in mind a lot of these items are heavy, so you may just want them to ship separately anyway.

And, finally, I just got a couple of each items to see what you all like the best. If you'd like to order something that ends up selling out, just let me know! I will reorder soon.

Pulling ideas from folktales. I think often of the mermaid, Adhara, who gifted the people around the Attersee with treasure, only for them all to be ruined by greed and violence. So she threw all the treasure into the lake and disappeared forever. But this is why the Attersee shines and glitters - it's her treasure forever lost below ✨🌊

Fluorite

Fluorite is such an interesting crystal. It's incredibly colorful and diverse in appearance, while remaining pretty affordable. Rainbow fluorite is the most colorful variety so it's often a favorite, but I've been fortunate to stock some really unique variations like color-changing specimens, "blueberry" fluorite, and now this new find super purple fluorite that grows over candle quartz from Inner Mongolia.
