Oh every day I fight for the integrity of the character and where I want it to go. Sometimes I think the writers are better at writing story than dialogue, or maybe I just understand the character better than they do. But they do allow us to collaborate. I just go to see Nick’s apartment after 43 episodes, and I had to tell them to get rid of some stuff.
