Hoopa is a strange entity that, at the least, trails the boundaries between this reality and not. I’ve seen variations of it, though most commonly it is a psychic type.

I know our view of the hoopa in my home universe has ties to draconid folklore, and to some degree its anomalous hoops had been seen in the region in the late 90s. I cannot imagine how else it would have connections.

Hoopa are mischievous in nature, or they may find something interesting.

One of my co-workers is a hoopa. 🧚‍♀️

Hm…The Wanderer is a very smart man, knows how to hold his tongue. His hair is gorgeous. His fascination for bugs is so deep and so complex it has rubbed off onto me.

If it were not for him, my work, my project, my livelihood, such a thing would not come into fruition! There are far too many things in him that I cannot outright say is my favorite, unfortunately.

If there was one thing, I would say he chitters to his volcarona.
