Does anyone have any good/different abs workouts? Weighted or non-weighted? Looking for a little change in routine
My motivation has been at an all time low recently since I no longer have a short term goal for losing weight like going on holiday.
Monday marked my first day back on my healthy eating plan and I’m trying to make it work around all my other plans. I saw Britney Spears last night so of course we made a night of it going for dinner and such. I have a lunch date today and saturday, and it’s my friend’s going away party on saturday night so I’m going to be struggling to keep within my calories and my macros.
Still putting in the time at the gym so I can only hope that helps me keep the weight from going on. If I can maintain my current weight this week I’ll be proud of myself.
Starting to feel conflicted these days between wanting my body to look how I want it to and being able to go out and enjoy myself.

Back at the gym this afternoon. Hit with a hard with a full body weights workout. I can only imagine how sore I will he in the morning but I’ll still do my beat to get a cardio workout in. It’s kind of funny how much I enjoyed being back at the gym. It was nice and familiar. I enjoyed it, helped me sort my head out for a little while. Boosted my mood while I was out. I think it was beneficial to get back. I’m looking forward to getting back into my more healthy lifestyle. (Not that I didn’t throughly enjoy my week off!)

The first couple days/week back after being on holiday are always the worst. You’ve already gained weight from the holiday (5 lbs in my case) and then your friends start making plans to catch up, and those plans always involve lunch! However, I will be attempting to get back to the gym this afternoon after my girls date and I might make a sensible choice for lunch but we are going to my favourite restaurant so... it’s still my holiday, right? I’m looking forward to getting back onto my eating plan and back to the gym, just need to find the motivation to get back 💪🏻

Back at the gym today, last work out before my holiday and I feel better for it. Only managed to fit in 15 mins of cardio as I focused more on my ‘get strong’ workout and I think it is paying off, managed to lift 5kg instead of the usual 4kg. It’s not much more but it’s an achievement in itself. I even wore one of the first t-shirts I bought of the gym and it’s nearly hanging off me! It’s nice to see the progress first hand Haven’t much stuck to my usual diet plan, and of course my holiday starts tomorrow. But I’ll be back on here in just over a week getting my motivation back up!
I think next thursday is gonna be the best day of my entire life tbh
