Playing with body proportions, lumbar mobility and balance is a great challenge. This transition has always been quite inspiring for me. Breath, mental focus, gaze and spatial proprioception play such an important role in supporting the transferring of body weight as we move through the different stages of this playful transition: from crow to tripod headstand back to crow.
