“Ooh- that looks really bad. Do you want a bandaid for it?”
“I swear I am going to eat you up if you don’t find me food.”
Kassandra gave a small laugh at the other’s words, before realising the girl didn’t look like she was joking. “Oh- Is there anything you want?”
“Ooh that’d be pretty– any thoughts on what style to get her? I know mum doesn’t like when jewelry’s too over the top.”
“What about one with just a small pendant?”
“Of course. It’s the company that makes drinking pleasant, not the drink, anyway.”
“I wouldn’t mind sitting with you, but are you sure you’d like my company?”
“True, and it’s not like those are against the rules unless I’ve misread things.”
“I’m sure they’d tell us if there were rules against it, but I don’t think they’ve said anything about it. You must be in the clear,”
Akio was sitting at a stool, sipping on a vodka soda. “Are you going to join me?” he asked the other with a smirk.
“Oh... No, no thank you. I’m not that much of a drinker. More for you?”
“I am half trickster, so I have that going for me but that might also be considered cheating,” Camille contemplated. “And it’d take away the fun in Halloween.”
“I don’t know if I’d describe it as cheating, more like... using your natural resources.”
“Flowers are definitely a good idea.”
“If we can’t find a flower shop that can deliver in time, maybe a necklace?”
“Definitely, oo especially if I find a way to switch filters throughout the day,” though Camille knew that’d be easy given she was half trickster.
Kassie gave a small gasp at the idea, “You would secure the win for sure, if you could do that! Maybe you could change during the day, and bring a make up bag with you for it?”
“Don’t worry, there was nothing foul being said about anyone in this room.” Ingrid chuckled, “I’m pretty alright, its been a long week, so I’m glad that it’s come to an end. I wouldn’t even know where to start, where have you been?”
“I’m glad no one is being talked about,” She replied, a warm smile on her lips. “A long week? Do you need to talk about it?”
“Most people are terrified or think I’ve gone completely insane,” Camille shook her head. “Hm, I can live with that.”
“It would be worth it, you can win the best dressed award for Halloween this year!”
“I’ll be honest, I’m not too sure yet but I was hoping you’d help me think of something. We just haven’t seen here in a while and I wanted to send something off to her that’d brighten up her day.”
“That’s a really good idea, Mags, I’m sure she’ll appreciate it,” She answered, giving her sister a smile. “Maybe some flowers?”
“I have, I’ve thought about it enough that it won’t work.”
“I just don’t want you to get injured by doing this- are you sure you know what you’re doing?”
“Please, you’re not the boss of me.”
“Was I being bossy? I’m sorry, I wasn’t meaning to be, I just don’t think you’ve really thought about it, It doesn’t sound like you have.”
“Now that I’m here… How does one help jet lag?”
“If you stay awake until you usually sleep, and then wake up at the same time, that usually works- well it does for me.”
‘’–the water is pretty nice. you should join me.’’
“Oh, no, I’m not that much of a swimmer. Thank you, though...”
“Wait, are you serious? That’s incredible news! Have you told anybody yet?”
“No! Not yet, you’re the first one I’ve told, I still can’t believe it,”
