The Sinclair Brothers With a Sick S/O
I caught myself a chest infection and then Covid in the span of like... Two (?) weeks so I whipped up a lil sumthin' to cope.
If we're being honest, Vinny kinda panics when he realizes just how sick you are.
Listening to you cough, and seeing the dark circles around your eyes, how pale you get, and the shivers, worried boy indeed.
You're just so important to you that he hates to see you in any kind of discomfort or distress
Puts you on immediate bed rest, you're not to lift so much as a finger
Makes sure there’s lots of pillows, fluffs them perfectly
Vincent Actually takes a break from his work to care for you while you're sick, like full house husband mode
Is at your beck and call all hours of the day, too cold? He'll go get another blanket. Too hot? He'll get a cold cloth. Whatever you need, he's got it covered.
Has absolutely no fear of getting sick, he's by your side 24/7
In short he is constantly there to care for you but you may just have to return the favour in a few days when he comes down with it-
Tells you to man up at first, very "Grow a pair, you're not dying"
But once he sees just how sick you are, and then working yourself into the ground on top of all the coughing and wheezing. He eases off you a bit
Instead he growls at you for not taking proper care of yourself.
Isn't as doting as Vincent, hell half the time he doesn't even know what to do with you.
Puts you on the couch, with a bucket and some tissues so he can supervise you while he's home.
Makes Vincent watch you when he has things he has to get done so you don’t "Choke on your own spit or somethin'."
Does not allow Lester in the house, almost thinks roadkill boy had something to do with you getting sick in the first place
Threatens to hose him down at one point
Very minimal contact, he'll check your forehead with the back of his hand and that's IT.
He does not want whatever you've got.
Though he does check up on you a tiny bit more after to make sure you don't "Work yourself into an early grave"
Does, infact, wonder if he had something to do with you getting sick
I mean... Hot roadkill in the hot Louisiana sun, he's bound to bring home something every now and again.
And being around it a lot more often than most his immune system definitely has a bit of a boost with stuff like that.
Asks his big brothers for help, cause he's not very sure what to do.
Usually, when he comes down with something, Lester just nurses some halls or goes to bed early, so when he sees just how dead on your feet you look he is absolutely lost
Eventually just swaddles you in a blanket, and cuddles you while you sleep it off 100%
Will get you whatever you need, no matter what it is or when you need it.
He feels a lil responsible for you being sick is all
He stays there with you the entire time, no matter how many times Bo tells him to get his ass in gear and get some work done. Your health comes first.
