@feiramie HEHEHE finally! Some art for chapter 7! The end of the chapter had me absolutely shocked to hell, so ofc I had to draw it!

spideytorch au, nicknamed: tiny flame johnny storm on peter’s shoulder.

after an incident going nova, Johnny disappears. until he shows up in Peter’s apartment, thankfully alive, but about the size and appearance of a candle flame. Reed says that he should be fine- eventually, once his body regenerates.

So, Johnny decides to follow Peter around (because he’s bored, and totally not because it’s an excuse to stay with him so maybe he gets the hint) so Peter has to protect him from gusty open windows, rain, etc. Even with Peter’s best efforts, Johnny manages to follow him out while he’s Spider-Manning so Peter has to keep turning around to make sure Johnny is keeping up (or just carries him).

(Cue the mental image of a small, fiery Johnny Storm held on Spider-Man’s palms)

(He can’t stop wondering if it’s easier to leave someone so small behind- no, it’s not abandonment issues. (It is)).

@feiramie THE BOY IS BACK. This has been a drawing I’ve been struggling with for a while but I figured that this is probably the best time for me to be able to smash it out!

@feiramie oh yeah, it’s spideytorch time.

Time skip between my ‘normal’ and ‘herald’ Johnny is only about a year (if we go by the comics and say he was 16 when he got his powers and then they were heroes for four years until Galactus came that would make him 20 at the time of invasion and 21 by the time him and Spidey meet, so it is a college age Spidey in my version)

The year has been rough for Johnny and I think if he looked in a mirror, he would be horrified at the sight of his eyebags. Not much time for beauty sleep or tlc when you’re heralding a space God, I guess. (Not that Spidey will care, he’s too much of a Simp for that XD)

Ima a big fan of down bad spidey so hes gonna be a liiiittle bit of a mess here LOL (side note, do you think I should tag this as fantastic four: first steps spoilers? I have no clue)
