embracing feb with busy days ahead 😪

photos were taken on thursday, feb 1st

— lunch with Ms. Pat and Yana, lunch menu was pork afritada + steamed rice + butter scotch. staisfying meal like this sets the tone for the day! only if the food is hot and pork is TENDER

— desk situationnn which refelcts my busy month ahead at the office due to the project assigned to me requiring my attention for the next 3 months. On this day as well I feel sick because of my bad stomach, but thankful for 2 diatabs from nurse joy that provided relief and surprise pizza from Sir Dan!

— last pic was from my commute home. thankful that i get to download books and epub reader on my work laptop. I am actually working on reducing my sleep hours, observing how i easily dozzed off on the bus and at home and i am determined to make the most of my days. 🙂

This month I turned 24, and here's what I've learned:

-Complaining isn't for me. It feels like I'm blocking the path to possibilities and already shutting out opportunities. -Routine matters. -"You can't pour from an empty cup." -Despite facing challenges, I've come to understand that ultimately, everything will work out fine, no matter how tough it may seem.

i'd like to think i was named after a tea, much like jasmine tea that signifies quiet strength and promises to bring moments to life, one gentle sip at a time.

i am so so so so so proud of everyone that reaches out to others when they are hurting. it takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable when you are hurting and i am so proud of you for getting help when you need it. you don’t have to do things alone, you are going to be okay
