I’ve rewatched the ad at least three times to try and figure out why some folks are angry with it and I’m at a loss. All I see here is: Be a better human. Set a better example. Encouraging strength of character and integrity over typical “machismo”.

No offense but Harry is genuinly one of the most wonderful human beings this world has ever known. He has a pink phonecase, wears sheer tops, mostly unbuttoned tops, tops with the most obnoxious patterns, he wears women’s jeans, weird boots and grew his hair out eventhough so many people disliked it and even made fun of it. He’s the biggest softy, is very public about how much he adores and respects his mother and sister, and all women for that matter. He’s so intelligent and thoughtful and kind, kind even when people are being disrespectful and he gets nothing in return. He acknowledges women being objectified and shows it’s not what he’s about, he’s a firm believer of love being equal and he treats everyone with equal amounts of respect, no matter their skintone or age. He sends out multiple big messages to the world: that you love who you love, there is no other way, that you don’t have to like or be something because of your gender, that kindness and respect are incredibly important, that you need to be confident in who you are, … It’s just so refreshing to see someone like that in the position that he’s in and I hope he inspires millions of young boys and girls on a daily basis.
