🍼Age regression journal ideas!🍼
Age regression journals can be really helpful and can give you something fun to do in little space. You can use a notebook or a scrapbook or anything you want
🍭 create a page to write a bit about yourself like you’re favourite colour, snack, what you like to do in little space, something about your caregiver if you have one etc.
🍭 create a page for your rules these can be set by you of your caregiver. I might do a post about rule suggestions in the future.
🍭 use lots of decoration! Stickers, washi tape, doodles, felt tip pens be as creative as possible
🍭 if there’s lots of space in your journal create a mood journal and try to write in it as often as possible
🍭 make a wish list of all the little space things you’d like to get one day (for me that’s adult pacifiers and a Dino onesie) or of all the things you’d like to have if you could (eg. A pet dragon and a magical bed that when you lay on your immediately fall asleep)
🍭 find images or draw pictures of things you’d want in your nursery/ playroom/ bedroom if you could or you’d like one day. Be careful with scissors though ask your caregiver or a friend for help we don’t want any ouchies
🍭 make a pocket in the back to put loose colouring pages. You can do this by taking the back page cutting or folding a line from the top left corner to about ¾ of the way down on the other side then sticking or stapling down the bottom part of the page to the back of the book
