The first floor serves as the runway and viewing area with 2 viewing areas including an elevated VIP area with special Chanel goodies for the A-list celebrities. The second floor is reception ready with seating, bar service and another VIP area with bottle service for those bougie sims in our game. (Y'all know it's not a SimMir build unless there is VIP 😉) The basement is the model staging area. No CC was used on this floor as it is base game and pack only. I figured as storytelling permits, if you would prefer to "jazz" it up with some cc you can do so. If not, it functions well for the models "as is" (see the gameplay tips below).

Huge thank you the AMAZING CC creators that made this build possible! This build uses FelixAndre's ESTATE, PARIS and BERLIN collection quite a bit. Please check your package files to avoid duplicates. The bar is of course my standard Bbygyal123 and CWB bottles/glasses. While this build is 95% Maxis Match, there is some minor ALPHA CC used because I could not live without it for this build. They are linked on the post for separate download! Please read the warning on the PXL ceiling plume as it is very high-poly and 3 are used on the runway in my build. If you experience lag or issues on the lot, I would it limit to one unit only. I realize all computers are different so please just be aware.

In the warm, hearty town of brindleton bay, resides Lottie Windsor and Helen Windsor. At a young age, Lottie was left in Helen's care at a young age by her mother, despite her years, she took her in. Lottie was grateful for Helen, yet she feels held back. Scared of history repeating itself with Lottie, Helen is tougher than she wants to be. She pours all of herself into Lottie, sometimes too much, in ways that blur the line of love and overprotection.

Lottie, is now coming of age. Now that she's a little bit older, and a tad bit wiser, she knows that being performing jetés on a stage is where she belongs. She aims to further refine her skills during her formative skills, but all kinds of friendships, rivalres, and a few crushes could make or break her..

hiiiiii, this is a gameplay series about a coastal ballerina living with her grandmother!! I've always had this in the works, and this is actually the third variation of them I think I've posted. I've played with them quite a a bit and debated posting them or not, but I loved them sm I had to share them. also i want to clarify that this is more a gameplay series leaning than it is storyline :)))
