[ PM ] Do you still want a break from campus?
[PM]: Always.
[ PM ]
Meet me at the front door at 1 oāclock. I need to into town and, as long as you stay with me and donāt wander off on your own, I donāt see the problem in you coming with me.
fabgayle:
Youāre very cool, but I have no interest in anything to do with your class. No offense.
Right. I donāt have any other hobbies to offer up, but Iām sure youāll manage to find something.
jakepuckster:
Iām sort of a big fan on how the hot water doesnāt run out around here. Especially considering how fucking cold it is outside.
Gotta agree. Iāve never taken obscenely long showers before in my life, but itās hard to tear myself away these days.
deanbraxton:
Hello Westmore! Itās a pleasure to see all your bright and sunshine-y faces today. I hope everyoneās enjoying their claim project so far. For those of you who might not have met me, Iām the Dean of Submissives and Head of Culinary Arts. You may all call me Dean Braxton. Feel free to get to know me or tell me how your day is going so far!
Clarke Dahl, switch, Fashion and Design professor. Welcome to the jungle, Dean.Ā
fabgayle:
I managed to get out of this place for two nights in a row and tonight Iām so bored I could scream. I think I forgot how to distract myself inside this place.
Wouldnāt want to help grade papers, would you? (Long shot is long shot, but hey it never hurts to try.)
F2F ~ 2/2 ~ Clarke/Bella
itsbellafabray:
[ Days in Westmore seem to fly by with alarming speed, the routine filling her days, especially with the added input of the mock-claim. It wasnāt that Scout gave her extra jobs, or chores. But rather the fact Bella strove to prove herself in the claim, hence why almost a week had passed since sheād last spoken to Clarke, though the switchās words have echoed in her ears and taken a weight of her shoulders, something sheās thankful for ]
[ Ā Kitten heeled pumps tap against the floor as she makes her way to Clarkeās office still dressed in her uniform from the days classes, having only raced back to the room sheās sharing with Scout to pick up the gift and drop the majority of her books off so sheās not lugging them around campus. ]
[ One hand holds a glass jar of cookies tied with a neat bow that (for once) unintentionally matches the one holding her hair back with a small white tag attached, neat calligraphic letters stating āTo Miss Clarkeā and she raises her free hand to give two quiet taps on the ajar door, peering in through the crack calling out in greeting. ]
Knock knock Miss.
[ She honestly doesnāt know if sheās pulling this gig off right, but no oneās begged to leave her class and she hasnāt had to give anyone an F on anything yet, so sheās all in all counting the experience as a net positive. ]
[ Sheās got her kidsā newest assignment spread on her desk all around her, papers strewn about while she sits right in the middle with long, lanky legs crossed in front of herself. Glancing from design plot to design plot, she simply observes, taking time to look at the details and try to match each plot to each student without looking at the names on the back. Sheās done a pretty good job so far, and so have they. Itās kind of surprising... the little bits of fulfillment sheās found even in the most mundaneĀ āacademicā assignments. ]
[ The knock on the door and the subsequent voice rouse her attention away, and she reaches out to try and gather and stack all the paper she can reach so she doesnāt knock it all to the floor as she scoots to the deskās edge. ]
Hey there. Come in, come in.Ā
clairevicburnham:
Iād be happy to come and pay you a visit, professor. I canāt say I know much about fashion design or anything of the like, but Iāve been told Iām a fairly good conversationalist.Ā
That did come across as pretty sad of me to say, didnāt it? I donāt want pity visits, but I do have a pretty extensive selection of wardrobe options for you or any of your models to go through if you ever get curious.

QUINN: Damn, you're right. I better get on that.
CLARKE: I'd hate to cramp a rockstar's social life.

QUINN: Well, don't assign a book report about it. "That time I fooled around with my teacher" by Quinn Fabray.
QUINN: But, understandable.
CLARKE: You don't have time for me anyway. Imagine all those Bostonians still waiting to get your left one.

QUINN: You said you're new to the whole teaching thing. Can't blame a girl for taking a shot, right? But awesome. Looking forward to it.
CLARKE: But I wasn't born yesterday, and I don't feel like losing my job just yet.

QUINN: Aside from my sunshine-y demeanor and stellar work ethic?
[a beat]
QUINN: I mean, if you wanna take the convo /there/, I'm game.
CLARKE: Bribery is generally a no-no for teachers, but your answer's noted anyway.
CLARKE: Welcome to Fashion.
[ messages ] quinn & clarke
QUINN: Ends up I do need your okay to take your class so, like, can I have it?
CLARKE: I don't know.
CLARKE: What's in it for me, Q the rockstar?

itsbellafabray:
Not many people would Miss. Thereās no one quite like Miss Quinn in our family. Have you heard of her band? ā¦And Iām.. Well Iām not great. My head banging can be likened to that of one of the bobble-head figurines that you put on the dashboard of your car. So Iāll leave you with that mental image.Ā
Okay Miss, Iāll come visit you after classes if youāre still free. Do you have any allergies?Ā
I havenāt, but itās possible Iāve seen them before if they played LA ever. You see so many bands out there itās hard to keep them all straight though. Iām sure sheās good at it. But I have to admit, kiiiiinda wanna see you headbang now that itās been brought up. Iāll remember that.
After class is fine. Thereās nowhere else Iād be. Allergies? Pineapple.Ā

@itsbellafabray:
Thatās sweet of you to say Miss. I like helping, and Miss Quinn has arrived and she always makes everything better. I think you may have already met her?Ā
Thatās always good right Miss? Smaller classes I mean. I donāt blame you for not exploring though. Itās been far too cold, though I suppose it wonāt always stop people from going out. Also is that offer of being able to come and visit your office still on the table Miss Clarke?
Ah, yeah. I have. Never wouldāve pegged you to have a rockstar for a sister. Tell me, how good are you at headbanging?
Smaller classes make things less overwhelming for a newb like me, so Iāll take it. And yeah... yeah sure. Iām here all day.
