okay so semi good news, im close to going down my first shirt size cause my waist size went down three inches but my breast size hasn't changed and it's pmo bc that's keeping me at a 2xl when I could be a 1x by now 😭

I'm actually confused because i weighed myself at my grandparents and somehow went up 8 pounds while restricting? and by restricting I mean absolutely no more than 1k cals a day, so this is confusing.

not to mention I've deadass been told by a doctor that I have an above average metabolism so like??? the odds are in my favor so the only reasonable answer is I'm sick asf 💀

I'm actually concerned because I'm not on any medicines that would make me gain either, ironically I'm on ones that cause severe weight loss so wtf 😭
