I just want to focus more on the adorable girl on the right here who makes working out so hard. How am I meant to do my chin ups when I have this cute thing being all giddy taking selfies with me in the background. - I actually love it so much, I love how much Beth turns everything into the most playful, childlike fun. - I’ve learnt a lot from Beth but one thing in particular that I love is how you can do life with the most joyful, playful childish personality. A message to our world changing community this Easter . “Repost @themessengersglobal” - I never thought I could be shot for having a cross tattoo. - But that’s exactly what happened to a young guy called Bassem . - He was walking home from work with some friends in Egypt, when two extremists asked to see the marking on his wrist. Then they asked if he was a Christian. - I honestly don’t know what I would say. I’d LIKE to think I’d be brave. I’d like to think I’d be bold. I’d like to think I would be like Bassem . - “Yes, I am a Christian,” he said . - I remember reading a book called Rachel’s tears when I was a teenager. She was shot in the Columbine high school shooting of ‘99 after refusing to deny Jesus . Her story moved me deeply. Little did I know she’s one among many...thousands...who make the same choice daily . - Deny Christ or die for Him ? - This Easter no one is holding a gun to my head and demanding me to choose . Caleb vs Beth, Lunch vs Dessert - We are absolutely loving this learning curve and being so intentional with what we cook and eat. - Still a journey for us as we have a lot to learn but we have found ourselves loving vegan, sugar free, fruit and vege dominate meals. - We are “Not Vegan but we love it.” - We are not vegan, nope not at all still enjoy my meat very much so, but it’s great giving our bodies a break and also our wallets. - Thanks for sharing with me last week some great food bloggers, does anyone know any more! How incredible are those beams - It’s sometimes tough rolling out of bed (literally) at 5am to be at work by 6:30 (I know others have it worst) but when your welcomed at work by this glorious wonder it makes it all worth it. - I hope to experience just as many sunrises as days I live for the rest of my life. Solo Chess Game - It’s a lot of fun versing yourself in a game of chess but also more difficult than if you had someone else to play with, and less rewarding as you have no one else to share the experience with. - I feel like that is like life, it can be fun doing things by yourself but it’s easier, and more rewarding when done with others. - We aren’t made to do life by ourselves for ourselves, we are here to share our experiences, our highs and lows together. Cowboys vs Indians —- What a wonderful weekend, what a wonderful joint Bux and Hens. Some traditions are great, but what’s better is making it purposeful and special to you. —- This weekend we decided to have a joint bux and Hens party where we went away together on a themed camping trip, you can guess it, Cowboys vs Indians. —- Doing so was the best decision because there is nothing more valued in life than sharing it with others. —- I am so grateful for those in my life who I can call a friend, a brother or sister but even more so who I can call my fiancé and soon my wife. —- My soon to be wife is more beautiful than she appears to be, she may appear stunning, kind, thoughtful, selfless and loving but in reality she is so much more than all of that. —- Thank you to Beth and everyone who has a significant part in our lives, we absolutely love doing life with you all and are so excited to continue doing life with you. A radical Year - It's an annual tradition for me to go for a plunge in these icey waters at Thredbo and I love it. Nothing gets your heart pumping more than having all that Icey water dumped on top of you. - What I love about it more is that before I do it, every part of my body is crying out for me not to. But then there is this deep urge within me that wants it more. So I take the plunge every year to remind myself that there are things that may appear scary at first, you may even not want to do it, but once you go for it and you make it, you'll find yourself ontop of the world where nothing is going to stop you. - This year I want to step out in faith and be bolder and more courageous than ever before, not just swimming in Icey waters but I want to be lead by God and hold nothing back.
