Now for some non cursed sims 3 posting :D I have started a new household with one sim and 3 cats, Her name is Nikki and my goal is to make her complete her lifetime want (Perfect Mind, Perfect Body) while also having a few kids

These are the personalities for Nikki and her cats, all the names are auto generated and tbh only gave her cats and the cat lover trait cuz I also want to play with pets in ts3 more, so far I am preferring sims 2 pc pets but that might change after playing with dogs and horses later on.

When Nikki first moved in she got the want to join the science career but got her to quit after a sim week of that cuz I got sick of her and her unhealthy work life balance (she only ate, slept, garden and work). I also had her garden a lot more than I expected, she just really likes it!

Of course I couldn't have her be lonely forever and she seemed to get along with Branch Timbley so of course these two got together and had a son named Bradly! They also got married, moved into his home and kicked his roommate out :D (it's fine his friend hates kids anyways).

Bradly has now grown up to a child and his traits are Genius (game gave him that trait as a baby), loves the outdoors and vegetarian. I hope to give him green thumb as he grow into a teen so he can help with his dad's huge garden XD

He also has a cursed looking imaginary friend named Peaches (didn't change the name).

Currently Nikki is level 8 athletic, 4 logic (I think) and gave birth to a daughter who I forgot the name of but I know is a fairy :D

Been playing ts3 lately and I've found a very odd glitch with the imaginary friend... for some reason when they grew from doll to walking plush friend they spawned with a blond bowl cut instead of a head...

✮ Scary Mary ✮

Not long after this poll finished I started a traditional sketch and line art for this drawing but after I did that I then... took almost 3 weeks to get around to finishing the drawing digitally :[. Part of the reason was because I don't really enjoy doing digital art, traditional art just tends to feel more immersive and rewarding for me these days but, I really love the look and polish of digital art and have a pretty good drawing tablet so I really want to push myself to make more digital art! Hence the poll :P.

As for this drawing I am really glad I finished it off digitally, the original traditional line art I did kinda rush leading to Mary looking even more janky than my art typically does. The background is basic, I was going to do something frutiger metro (which it's still is, kinda) but couldn't quite make the effects I wanted but not wanting to spend even more time on this drawing, I decided to just work with what I had and I don't mind the end result ^u^. I have just noticed I have forgotten one detail of her outfit (the light grey sleeve of her left arm isn't coloured in >~<) buuuut I can't be bothered to fix it :P, hope you all enjoy this fanart XD.,

Smoke Break

Few days ago I finished this drawing, I originally was going to give it a detailed background, but then I got impatient after doing the line art and just wanted to finish the drawing lol.

Still I am happy with this drawing as it was fun to draw Skid and Scary again, as well as to draw Crispin for the first time :-D. Since their respective districts all get along I like to think of these three as being friends (With Scary being the reason Crispin and Skid are friends). Also yes they are all smoking cigarettes, obviously I know those are bad for you but in my mind it makes sense for rebellious teens/young adults to be smoking in 2004, I mean if PG13+ drugs can exist in the sims world during this time than I'm sure cigarettes and cigars do too (maybe vapes as well since sim tech is way ahead of ours in some ways) :P

✦ I Love The Sims 2! ✦

Earlier this week I went to a craft event and decided to make a zine since, I made my last zine in Jan and I of course want to make more than one zine this year XD. I also made two badges cuz there was a badge making machine at the event so, I made one badge with a printed picture I couldn't fit in the zine and the other, is a plumbob I drew with posca pens, fine liners and a blue crayon :P

For the zine itself, I did in earlier drafts consider going into great detail going over all the things I love about the sims 2 but decided against that as I wanted to make a mini zine and collage it with many sim pictures (which I printed out at the library XP), stickers and, other fun bits so as a result the text is very simple but I think that works well for a mini zine.

Maybe in future I might make a more "informative" sims zine, though I'd want that to be an A5 zine to allow for more text space ^u^.

✰ Mimi Landgraab and Kiki Blunt ✰

So a bit ago I felt like drawing these two because I decided to hc these two as friends. Why? Because they're both mean sims, both wear alternative/goth inspired clothing, I personally believe the hc that String Bean is Dudley Landgraab and, because Kiki is the villain for Kicktail park I can totally see these two bounding over being mean to the skaters and their sense of style XD. With that said they're friendship is probably toxic not just because they're both mean but also because I hc them as both being at least a somewhat self conceited :P.

I also drew Mimi in a some clothes from the Urbz as I am on and off playing a save with a sim based off her, my hc is that she ran to the city after no longer being able to afford her lifestyle because, she couldn't get money from her Dad (Malcolm) or Pat/player character anymore. So shortly after hearing rumors of Dudley moving to the city she decided to follow after him, so she could harass him and escape her now dying good reputation in her home town.

When I was 8 or 9 I played my first sims game the sims 2 pets on PS2. My older sister and I of course started with the tutorial but once we brought Bob Newbie to the town centre, instead of taking him home (like the tutorial wanted), we instead made him drink coffee, and more coffee, curious if the game would actually let him pee his pants, especially in public, it did and we laughed a lot, I think the music that plays and the animation is what made it seem so funny at the time.

♡ Mazuiko X Venus ♡

Yesterday I finally finished some gay fanart before pride month ended! Of course it's sims shipping art and for two pre-mades from The urbz, because of my current focus on console sims games!

I had a lot of fun painting these, the picture on the bottom originally was planned to be a more detailed background piece with the two spending time in Mazuiko's restaurant together but I realized I wouldn't have time to finish that before June ended so I instead I did a more simple painting of them doing heart hands. Still tried to make it interesting with the lighting so it hopefully looks live a rave scene :P, might revisit the more detailed painting idea in future thou, especially since I do want to draw more environments ^u^.

As for why I ship these two, idk I just thought it was a cute concept, two girls bounding over their love of raving while also having their own interests (Mazuiko and cooking, Venus and making games/gaming), just think it makes for a neat ship, still don't have a ton of hc's for it but that'll probably changes in future XD
