Am I the only one who sometimes wakes up in the night, just because they are so hungry?

My stomach is growling, my belly hurts and I am thinking about just going to the fridge and giving into my cravings…

But when the tiredness fades away after a few minutes, I am always proud.

Look how strong I am for resisting.

Look how good I am.

Look how little I ate.

Just remind yourself, that the pain that you are feeling, means that you are one step closer to your goals and that you are resilient enough to achieve them. I believe in you and i believe in myself.
