Extraordinary Comparison

We know that online shopping can get frustrating sometimes. Although it may be more convenient than shopping at a real brick and mortar store, you always run into that one question: will this fit me? While it certainly helps to have your measurements on hand (and we do try to provide as much fit information as we can on our items), body shape is such a varying factor that, short of trying something on, you can never know for sure that an item will work for you. But, if you have a little knowledge of how the items behave, you’ll get much closer.

With socks, especially longer socks like thigh highs, you have to take your whole leg into consideration, not just your foot size or thigh measurement (though definitely find those out). The length of your leg is a big factor, as well. There are many items that will be a thigh high on one leg, just over the knee on another, and a knee high on someone else. When describing our socks, we aim for the average, but it can vary a lot on different bodies. So today we’re going to take a look at our Extraordinary Thigh Highs, and how they fit on different bodies.

I own a few pairs of these and they are heckin awesome and sturdy as all get out and also pretty comfortable in most weather and pretty opaque and stay up decently (although sock glue is better like they say). 

Anywho, if you need some good simple stockings these are excellent.

Could not agree more! A lot of people like garter belts, but I tend to find them kind of uncomfortable on my stomach, and while many of my coworkers swear by sock garters, my legs tapper pretty steeply from my thigh to my knee, so I’ve never had much luck with them. Sock glue, though, has never let me down! (pun intended :P )
