i really hate to do this, but i am struggling. i am a nonbinary person who is both mentally and physically ill, and unable to work.

and now, for the nitty gritty. trigger warning for family death.

a couple of months ago, my mother passed away. as you can imagine, things have been incredibly tough for me and my brother, who i live with.

since her passing, we are now financially liable for the house we live in. previously, the benefits our mother received covered everything. but now, with my brother and i both being unemployed and mentally ill - and grieving on top of that - things have become incredibly difficult. we received a hefty energy bill last month which we have fortunately figured out a payment plan for, but it is still expensive to pay off.

between rent, bills and food, we are struggling a lot. prices in the uk are ridiculous right now. every little bit helps. even a reblog of this post would mean a whole lot to me.
