you have to release yourself from the pressure of writing Blorbo from Your Shows in your fics because that's literally impossible. instead you are writing Your Portrayal of Blorbo. everyone has different interpretations and headcanons and focuses on different things when writing characters and that's beautiful.

Writing fanfiction is really like acting, when you think about it. There's lines you've gotta stick to, solid facts about them you can't change without it being no longer the character. But it's still your portrayal. You can choose what to focus on, what to emphasize. And isn't that beautiful?

Forgot to upload this earlier with the sketch dump bc the file wasn’t working for some reason

Anyway you know that thing that’s done in movies when the two characters in love just stare at each other but the camera shifts to only one of their faces and you can notice all the little details of their eye like how their pupils dilate and as they just look at every part of their partner’s face ugh. Idk why it feels so intimate but it’s so good
