Here's a small tutorial! There's one at the end for those who don't have Procreate/Liquify in their program

(the Gausian Blur and Color Dodge effects are not necessary, but do make it look pretty cool. You can also apply Gausian Blur on the main layer instead of duplicating it and adding one on the bottom, if you don't like the look of all the colors being separate)
