Hi everyone! I really need help finding a roommate, and fairly quickly, so please share this if you can!
My current housemate is moving out soon, and I need somebody to move into my house by July 1st. Some info regarding the location/property: it is a small duplex house, with our rented property being the left portion of a single standing home. There is an unprecedented amount of abundant street parking(!!!) with no street parking regulations. You would have your own private bedroom and private side entrance to the house. The house is deep in a quiet residential area, but only minutes away from trader joes, highland park, Pasadena, York, and the 2, 110, and 134 freeways. It’s nestled in a really great spot in northeast la! And there’s a washer and dryer in our unit! The monthly cost would be $700 a month for rent, and $30-$100 for utilities. Regarding myself: I work 1-2 jobs full time and also go to art school full time, I generally keep busy but I’m easygoing and responsible. I take care of all the bills, communications with the housing management group, throughly clean the house consistently, and cook huge portions of Korean food to share. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate that is also super responsible and pay all rent/bills on time, has a steady, consistent income, and is respectful, kind, and trustable. I totally understand if you’re a student looking for housing as well. I’d be most comfortable living with someone who identifies as a woman. I’d also prefer someone who is looking to live here for a long period. *Note: either you or your cosigner must have a good credit score for you to be approved by my housing management.
