My legs are still shaking. I can’t wait until I get the strength back at least my tenacity hasn’t waned that much. Back from MD, my workout is in. Today is courtesy of: stairmaster (I hate it), rowing machine (hate it), squats with dumbbells, jump rope, leg presses and I think that’s it. A lot of sets, my legs are still trembling but I have energy...finally. I may have to start using pre-workout again. Off to enjoy the day. Florence was like a postcard. Curvy with cobblestone streets and rivers. I walked to the Duomo (it was on my bucket list), saw David (the statue) and consumed so much wine and surprisingly...pasta. You had bridges like the Ponte Vecchio filled with merchants as you walked by was mesmerizing and the smell of leather overpowered my senses. My hotel had a fire alarm that went off at 3:20a so I was standing downstairs because you never know. Saw this posted on my friends @kissmyjazzs feed then got sucked into the authors site. 2018 my heart took major beatings. So this resonated with me...not just for the romantic context.
