2 species of creatures i made up and i’m tryna figure out what to do with. they’re actually closely related taxonomically in that they share a subfamily. or gralmag are genetic science experiment abberations of the grimalkin i haven’t decided yet. both omnivorous

gralmag descend from an endoterrestrial world deep beneath the earth, but nowa days it’s becoming increasingly common to see them on the surface. typically solitary but some stay in groups of 3-5 individuals, usually live in caves or abandoned houses. weirdly drawn to grimalkin-populated areas, possibly because of their scavenging nature and the constant food source of trash left over by the grimalkin. gralmag are mischievious, might chase around grimalkin and break into their houses for sport, but they only attack them in self defense and only hunt them as prey if they’re starving. usually nakie but sometimes wear the pelts of skinned animals in the cold months

grimalkin (singular: grimalkee) are a rip off of the raposa from drawn to life but marginally more furry. that's all i got for them but they have a much more developed culture

new guys. nygrim was at one point a demon, cast out from hell and now wanders the material realm. once a metaphysical creature, now fleshbound, it is often overstimulated by basic physical sensations. spitz is a street smart feral cat that who takes pity on it and helps it survive. i didn’t intend for her to look like a “what if garfield was a lesbian that smoked weed” joke but that’s how she turned out nonetheless. it takes place in one of those cartoon worlds where animals are basically people but still act like and are treated as animals (don’t think too hard about it).

trying to capture the vibe of a cartoon that would have aired on cartoon network circa early-mid 2000's and get a maximum of 25 episodes before being cancelled and then decades later people make "omg was this show real or did i hallucinate it????" tweets about it
