- She never eats unless she truly is hungry and it is a meal time.
-Often skips meals or forgets to eat. She may nap instead of eat after a long workout.
- No snacks. She doesn’t dare buy snacks. Only if others are snacking and she is truly hungry will she snack. And never more than a serving or 2.
- Rarely finishes a meal when at a restaurant
- She gets one thoughtful portion at meals and doesn’t have seconds unless she truly wants or craves them.
- She eats slow and puts her fork down often, stopping frequently to talk or digest
- She only eats things she enjoys. She enjoys healthy home-made meals AND full fat pastries/treats on occasion (80/20 rule, most French eat like this)
-She eats to nourish, for energy, and to look good, not because it’s on the counter or she’s bored
- Water, coffee, tea, (smoothies or fruit juicer okay but consumed less) only.
- Constantly keep yourself busy.
- Obsessed over ingredients in any “processed foods”, she only eats “clean” no preservatives, no added sugars
- All produce is 100% organic
- Fruits and/or vegetables the MAJORITY of lunch and dinner
- Doesn’t have an appetite for sweets and isnt tempted by sugary fat laden desserts, she never buys them either
- She is always stressed and restlessness burn more calories than sloth
- Gets enjoyable exercise in ways like hiking, skiing, rock climbing ( being muscular and lifting weights isn’t the ideal in France )
- Lots of walking daily: post meal walks, walks around town
- Food is not a reward for her
- She rarely drinks and NEVER gets sloppy
- She would NEVER BINGE! EVER!
