Allos! This is a pinned post where I'll update my status now and then. Most of my information will be on the sidebars. (currently under construction again)

This blog will mainly be my creative pursuits for fun, reblogs of things I find neat, and sometimes the occasional heads-up. Not a fan of drama--I'm way too old and tired of it, so none of that here!

Current status: Technical Hiatus (I'm around, but not actively posting on this blog yet)

Hoping to get back some of the past me who could post whatever and draw whatever and be brave about it. Taking it very slowly because I am quite out of practice now.

For some reason, the guidebook app still has me as a panelist for Terrorism in Anime--sorry, it'll just be my brother. 😅

Not returning as a panelist (again) this year, but maybe in the future. (Definitely open to ideas/suggestions for topics)

On the other hand, I will do my best to go to at least one of the sketchbook swaps since I missed em last time.

Sadly, I will not be cohosting either of the panels some of you may have found me at last year. Some emergencies came up, so I withdrew not that long ago, so my name is still listed 😅

Happy Birthday Akechi!

Cognitive!Akechi--or as I like to call him, Cokechi--has discovered...cake. And a fork. Neither of which make him less or more crazy...although you could just argue that that’s normal Akechi with even less sleep.

And yep, that is indeed kid!Goro over there.

I figured I should be nice to him for at least one of the 3 pieces today...right? So, coconut hot cocoa at breakfast!

I’m not sure why that drink, but it’s been stuck in my head for years that she introduced it to him one day. And ever since, they both have a stash in their cabinets since she’s not that into coffee (outside of Leblanc’s ofc). It’s just one of their things.

We did it! At 7ish am on a laptop but we did it. It's gonna be 1 wholesome one and 2...slightly mean ones?

Ig I should be pretty proud of myself looking at the changes in my art over the years, even if it ends up looking like wonk or ping pongs between wonk and woo!.

...But damn if half the time I'm not just facepalming and going 'wait hold up I knew this why didn't I think of that how did this not hit me--'

I’m so behind on the main chapters--I’m only at chapter 7 so I don’t trust Qin Yi but that Grand Obsession though--Honestly, I’m pretty invested. I enjoyed the story a lot.

But more importantly, the end of it and that one [middle branch, left] ending being my first ending, I was like “Are--did we just possibly--IN A NIKKI GAME?”

I’m so confused, but I’m also onboard with it and that is such a weird feeling haha

But hot potato, those two endings on the right hand-side and some of his lines are OUCH and OH MY GOD NO. Especially considering we start out the story knowing we’re in another story.

It blew my mind so much that I ended up responding to some of the tagged posts

Same anon as before sorry for the late response (I’m not on Tumblr as often anymore either). But I’ll try to check in every now and then because I am genuinely curious to see what you’re working on! I hope over time you feel more comfortable sharing your work since there are those who really do want to see it (like me!).

I'm having a friend help me with setting deadlines (because there's a lot I really want to do), so hopefully you'll all see some consistency again.

Some Solace in Broken Things--I'm gonna try to share some writing snippets or one-shots at some point. And HCs or story-canon stuff alongside the art. (I keep forgetting that I can just start talking and randomly dropping info instead of needing a bunch of planning for an intro post...)

Some stuff from a Samurai Warriors fic for a character I didn't expect to be writing: Ishida Mitsunari (gasp! Koei never actually leaves my blood, it's just dormant)
