Follow these three tips, and I'm sure you will have a healthier life and lose weight without work hard.
The first rule for you who want to live a healthy lifestyle, who want to lose weight, without diet and exercise, the least you have to do is:
1- Follow the correct time of meals.
Our bodies are not designed to fast for long periods. Go to work without eating, or stay there all afternoon, without eating anything. No! There must always be a break between meals. Breakfast has to be always up to an hour after waking up.
Waking up in the morning and leaving the house without having breakfast, and then having coffee with a lot of sugar. It doesn't work.
So, the first rule to have a healthier life, and lose weight without diet and exercise, is to fit each meal at specific times.
Because our body always needs an amount of energy in the form of carbohydrates and proteins to function correctly.
If you don't give your body that level of energy periodically, you're hurting your body. That is why we need to have a regular interval between meals. The ideal is every three hours.
Our body needs carbohydrates and protein. If it doesn't have this protein, it starts removing the protein from the muscle, and you will end up losing lean mass, which is very important for us.
It is crucial to have these meals at the right interval, to avoid this metabolism in our bodies.
The second rule, for you who want to lose weight, without exercise, and without diet to live a healthy life is:
2- Always put an adequate proportion of nutrients on your plate.
For example, if you put lunch with only carbohydrates. It's already wrong.
Every meal must have the right amount of carbohydrates, the right amount of protein, and fat. Preferably, good fats.
If you eat at least an hour after you wake up, great, you followed the first rule.
Now, if you prepare your food in the proper proportion of nutrients, congratulations, you followed the second rule.
The practical way for those who work, and sometimes they don't have time to prepare a more nutritious meal.
Can be making a whey protein shake, which is hydrolyzed protein, and add fruits or other carbohydrate-containing components. Make a shake, and your body will be absorbing quality complex carbohydrates, along with a portion of protein.
That is already excellent.
Make a shake, and your body will be absorbing quality complex carbohydrates, along with a portion of protein.
Putting that protein in your diet, you better balance it and the schedules, and also you make it have an energy balance. It will be decomposed and will use your body's energy, helping you lose weight.
Keep regular mealtimes, and maintain an adequate proportion at each meal.
The third rule, for you who want to lose weight, without exercise, and without diet to live a healthy life is:
You have to regulate the number of calories to avoid putting too many calories in the meal.
A way to see if you ate enough calories in the previous meal is to check if you feel hungry at the next meal. If you feel hungry at the next meal, it means that you didn't put the exact amount of calories in the last meal.
Calm down. It doesn't mean that you should fill the whole plate.
Let's put the exact amount. Try to place the portions regularly to maintain that energy level.
For you, who don't want to exercise or a diet but want to live a healthy life, it is very important to at least follow these three rules, and I'm sure it will help, to make your body more healthy.
These are three tips you can follow to lose weight without exercise or a special diet, and of course, in a healthy way.
1- Follow the correct time of meals.
2- Always put an adequate proportion of nutrients on your plate.

Your mother isn't always right. That being said, most of the tips your mom told you while you were growing up were actually beauty myths. But this problem is a lot bigger than motherly advice. Classic beauty is tough to define because every culture has their own idea of beauty. Some countries favor the blonde, light skinned look; other countries are more likely to favor dark skin and dark hair. Big lips, thin lips, curly hair, straight hair. Stick thin, shapely, hairy, hairless. Beauty is really in the eye of the beholder and maybe that is why it is so darn confusing how we should make ourselves look. Fortunately, the best gift that we can be given as children is for our parents to tell us that we are beautiful. To instill that confidence in us, that makes us feel like we are something special. Whether it is true or not, it doesn't really matter because you cannot buy self-esteem in a jar. And you certainly cannot buy self-esteem by looking through a magazine of airbrushed, professionally made-up models that are definitely put on this Earth to make us mere mortals feel inadequate. These beauty myths debunked reveal a more accurate perspective on mom's advice, and might improve self esteem.
How to Protect Yourself From the Sun
For anyone who thinks there's nothing new under the sun (or that an age-proof summer means no more outdoor fun), here are great ways to prove yourself wrong—and add a bunch of brand-new anti-aging options to the months ahead.
Behaving Like a Normal Homo Sapien
We're all getting older, which is not news. But we're doing it with more resistance, resentment and reluctance then at any other time in human history. And we're worrying about it sooner. My children are constantly asking after my health. They think I eat terribly. On most counts they are right. Bottom line is my kids are more health conscious, at 20 then I was at 40. Ironically science says that the additional worrying they are doing is not in their best interest health wise. Acting your age has become a most ambiguous conundrum.

“It" prefers females — blondes, brunettes, and redheads of all ages and sizes. Ninety percent of the women in the Western world have it, but nobody wants it. But what is cellulite? Energy medicine has been used to treat ailments in Eastern cultures for thousands of years. While there are many variations of energy healing, one specific one has been becoming more and more popular: Reiki. What is Reiki healing? The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words: rei, meaning universal, and ki, meaning life energy. Current Reiki practice can be traced to the spiritual teachings in Japan during the early 20th century. These teachings included meditative techniques and healing practices. The healing practices were further developed, placing less emphasis on the meditative techniques. Reiki was introduced to Western cultures in the late 1930's.
