i suppose there really is nothing that can be said on the matter. still, it does really suck that you feel like crap. i don't think you can do much about this though, as you haven't been given a name, time, or a detailed description of what exactly happened. i hope that whoever sent you the message at least knows that you regret doing whatever you did very much, and forgives you for it, because i'm sure you didn't do it on purpose.

i have a pretty good idea. but what's said is said, i'll be fine, don't you fret.
