we are not giving anywhere near enough credit and respect to the Men in our lives.
women do not understand what it is like for Men at all. all that They go through, all that They do for us. They carry every burden and heartache and stone thrown at Them, and They carry on and do more and more and more, because They're made to feel like They have to.
there used to be a society where all that Men did was recognised and valued. where Men cared for Their women, and in return Their women thanked Them by home-growing and serving and providing a place of peace where their Man could relax, in exchange. as a recognition for all the Man does.
we have lost sight of that, and now Men are expected to do everything They did before, but with no recognition and no thanks.
if we go back to our roots, Men hunted and protected and fed and nurtured and built for His family, and the women protects His peace and develops His family. He was recognised and thanked for what He did. now, He is still expected to do all of that, but with none of the respect.
if a Man doesn't do that now, He is called lazy. if a Man does do it now, He's told He's not doing enough. and through it all, year on year, Men are being vilified for being manly whilst at the same time being complained at for not being manly enough. this needs to stop.
women would cease to function without the Men around us. Men do more than we women ever could. we NEED Men. and i'm not just saying this, and this isn't a kink. it's the truth. we CANNOT do what They can, and we need to stop fighting it and start recognising how lucky we are to have Them in our lives - and start thanking Them for it.
Every day is full of 100 decisions. decisions They take off our hands so we don't need to worry, whilst They think of every possible outcome, every positive and negative and danger and success and plan a way to guide us through it all. and They never get recognised. becuase They smile, and They don't make it a big deal, They are selfless and strong and kind and so much better than we will ever be.
everything They do They do to make us happy.
we should be falling to our knees to thank Them for helping us manage in this world, because lord knows we couldn't if They weren't here. an afternoon of responsibilities on the level my Owner faces and i felt ready to fall apart. yet He has faced that every day for years without a complaint, because that is what Men are forced to do.
i couldn't do it. i couldn't survive as a man, and yet They do, every damn day. HOW are we not as a culture showing that the respect it deserves?
more than ever i want to get on the floor and kiss my Owner's feet for all he does for me. not for kink. not because its sexy. but because i do not know how else to show the reverence deserved to Someone so much greater than i will ever be.
Men burden so much every day so we can embrace the life we want to live, and They never say a word. there isn't enough credit in this world to give to all that Men do for us.
Bring back protecting His peace. Bring back recognition and reverence for all that He does.
women, these Men deserve it all. it's our duty to step up and give it to Them.
