just being thankful everyday.
16 March 2022 [Long post <3 ]
Today, i just want to be grateful and thankful for all the wonderful things God had let me experience today.
To be honest, I am short on cash physically (haha, because I have the cash but it is not on me), and I ask and pray to God to let me get through the day.
From 15th of March’s expenses I was left with only PHP 20 in my wallet. So how will I survive for a day on the 16th? Funny, I asked another PHP 20 from my mama arol... just so i could ride the trike in the morning and i will just use my own PHP 20 for the etrike bound to office.. initially i am planning to walk in the morning from house to R.Papa, but changed my mind haha.. honestly, i was hoping she could give me more because initially she said she doesn’t have any coins or she only have 100, 500 & 1000 bills.. apparently she has PHP 20 bills in her other bags...mmmm funny how it seems, i arrived at R.Papa station by 7:20 and was at Gil Puyat station by 7:45.. it is really fast.. then, i have to be enduring as I only have PHP 20 to ride e-trike to office, i am really trying my best not to hail a cab.. and so i waited in line for about 10 minutes until my turn to ride the e-trike. I am afraid that I would be placed beside the driver because there is no railing on its side and i am afraid that i might fall. but thank God, even i am the last in line the 2 people in front of me preferred to ride the e-trike beside the driver. It is such a wonderful experience, as I am just right on time as I entered the office. I was able to at least meet the 15 minute grace period set to us. <3
Now let’s continue the story, so as of the moment i entered the office, i do not have any money with me. Even my gcash account now only have PHP 6.66 balance in it. Good thing, i was able to take my breakfast before i left this morning. my dilemma is that i have forgotten to bring the gourmet tuyo which i would like to ask from my aunt. just so i could save and only needed to buy rice for my lunch. so i contacted my cousin, Aby, asking her if she still has balance in her gcash account at least 250 or if possible 500 just so i could have something to spend until Friday. i also told her that i do not have any cash with me and to no avail i received no response. i also chatted my friend, Ana, asking her to feed me. Though she asked me back “where should we eat?” and i told her “Bon Chon”, but then again, to no avail that is the end of our conversation. Lastly, i also contacted my ever loving Tita Maya asking her if she could send me PHP 500 in gcash and i promised her to give it back on Sunday the latest. aaannnnd Again, to no avail, i received no response.. but you know suddenly, and to my surprise, my cousin replied to me and said, “i only have 150, is that ok?” well of course, i gladly accepted. and with that, i am very much thankful i was able to eat lunch with my colleagues in Burger King. i ordered xtra long chicken jr with rice ala carte which only costs PHP 59. During our lunch, i am somehow envious of my colleagues because they have their different drinks or desserts while i only have water with me..The next thing that happened is indeed miraculous.. Our acting Finance Manager, my friend, Dianne, due to her gratefulness with Jill, one of my colleagues, would like to treat her because of the hardwork she did in order to help her finish the report, exclaimed that, “what do you like Jill? Starbucks?”. It is definitely awesome.... The whole department were treated to Tim Horton’s instead because of the said report. and once again today my wish of have a drink was granted, i am also grateful and happy because Dianne gave 2k and the change of the 2k i loaned from her around PHP 700 so that we could eat some donuts. It is indeed miraculous.
As the day goes along, and i am planning to leave by 7:00 pm, my friend, Ana, called me and told me that she will see me today. To my excitement, i left the office a little later by 6:00 pm instead. She treat me to dinner in Tokyo Tokyo and bought me desserts Brownie Temptation Blizzard and McDonald’s Shake Shake Fries Honey Butter. All my needs today are supplied and I thank God, because she also gave me a ride home via grab <3 While we are on our way home, she told me she will ask the agents in the residence she lives in if i could rent a space, oooohhh another answered prayer, i am looking for a place to live in and i am praying to have only around 10k or 11k monthly rent...and she told me she will help me because what i see in the internet are all 18k, 15k or as high as 35k. oh God, You are so sweet. Thank you <3
If also i may add, funny that Dianne asked me to sleep with her Thursday night because Macoy has his duty in Batangas and she will be left alone in her apartment. You would ask why this is here... i need a place to crash in because i badly needed to distance myself with my father and mother because i need to calm my mind and my heart. I need peace of mind and heart. Thanks for this Lord. :D speaking of Dianne again, i am thankful because of the learnings she shared today “Good people is good people!”, kidding she means “Good things happen to good people!” just do your best in every actions. Do it with greatness and do not think of other thoughts, we should just do what is right and later on God will reward all our endeavors. and i totally agree. thank You Lord <3
Haha, just to be a reminder of my bloopers in life “Attacked is ok” haha ML pa more :D
and now, if you would think the surprise of the Lord for today is done, wait there’s more :P my aunt contacted me and told that her gcash encounters error and she will just give PHP 500 instead. It is soooooo unexpected.
Finally, i just want to share how happy i am with the part-time job i have right now. It feels so nice and i thank God for it. <3
And this blog is just a wow. <3 i hope i could continue this writing again. i wanted to make journals and blogs again.... hmmmm i think the passion is still there.. <3 in God’s perfect time for me i believe it shall happen.
