Concert no.2

Woot! Turns out I forgot a few songs in the list yesterday and got the order wrong a few times as well, oh well. Things I forgot to include/specific to tonight:

1. They also sang Like Crazy + 그때/Back Then and 위로/Consolation off the One Spring Day album in that first ballad segment. Kwon's belty note in Regret is gorgeooooous live ♥♥♥

2. Jinwoon cried at the end when he was talking about training while he was still injured and how he wasn't sure whether he'd be able to keep his promise to perform, poor honey :3♥♥♥. (Kwon came over to give him a hug and we all chanted 괜찮아 - he went puce, I swear)

3. More audience participation in Senorita tonight, which was fun - just more people and more energy in the audience in general, it was great, and the boys responded to it too. There was a lot more ribbing/ad-libbing during the MC parts, and they just generally seemed smilier and more excited. (Though I was surrounded on either side by the least enthusiastic fans in the venue I think, they barely made a sound -- or even clapped -- the whole way through, wtf.) 

4. K-Will was the special guest -- he sang two of his singles and took the opportunity to shamelessly promote his own concert, which was quite funny -- Miss A were also there, and -- I'm fairly sure -- Kwon's mother, who walked past me a few times while I stared intensely and creepily, trying to figure out if it was actually her >_>.

5. A lot more obvious vocal management by all of them, but especially Kwon today - he obviously took some of the notes in the beginning of the concert easy to save himself for later (and failed on the I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me high note as usual, poor dear - but hey, he got it yesterday!). Also yeah, he was just not singing at all during his solo XD. 

tbh I spent a lot of this concert distracted by my fail fancam attempts/the constant stream of people rushing past me to duck in and out of the venue, and terrified that security would find me and kick me out. Was still amazing though! :D Can't believe that's it for another year.

In which I attempt some Cold War/Desmond Llewelyn level espionage fancamming shit and somehow proceed undetected :DDD So basically I wanted to try and fancam some of today's performances for y'all, but I'd seen yesterday that there were crazy amounts of security around the T stage enforcing the no-filming policy, and today I knew I'd be sitting really, really close to their favourite hangout -- it was all a lot less spread out than in the diagram, they were actually about 1.5-2m from my seat for the duration.

Anyway, I'd more or less given up on the idea until I had a sudden flash of idiocy half an hour before I needed to leave for the concert: why not hide my phone behind a fan placard thing? I hurried off to the stationery store and made this on location in literally 20 minutes, which I know is no excuse for the fact that it is shit but hey, you have no idea how handicrafts challenged I am. I am still proud XD. Ofc one of the more obvious design flaws is that I had to slide the phone out and line it up with the hole again whenever I wanted to start recording something, and also it was so low down that I expect the vids to mainly feature people's heads and not much else.

But who gives a shit. The point is... IT WORKED! The security people were suspicious as shit but they never actually approached me or asked that I stop filming :DD. If I had to do it again, I'd make a better system with velcro instead of masking tape and a ledge for the phone... but the next con I expect I'll be able to go to will be 3-4 years from now, so the point is moot I guess. ㅠㅠ

(I had no time to cut out a hangul message or make it pretty, so this is the message I went with... yeah, I don't know either XD. I don't think anyone understood it except one of the dancers, who seemed to find it very amusing.) Okay, off to see what's salvageable.
