Talent is everywhere!!
So since starting my venture into the weird and wonderful world of crafting I have met some extremely talented people. It's so tricky to promote yourself to an audience broader than just your (lovely) friends when you start out so I thought it would be cool to introduce you to some of the people I have met along my travels to broaden their reach and show you just what talented and beautiful things they create. This week it is the turn of Emma Sunley of the absolutely brilliant Knickebocker Glories. KG is a collection of gorgeous vintage style fripperies inspired by," ...sweet shop polka dots, ice cream colours and vintage styles." Every design is individual and can be personalised on request. http://www.knickerbockerglories.com Emma, the geniuis behind the brand, makes beautiful brooches, gorgeous cross stitch cushions and witty wall hoops but my personal favourites are her collection of cats and rabbits. Each beautiful little character is completely unique, created in beautiful cotton fabrics and accessorised to suit their personality. Every animal has his or her own backstory so you can find the perfect feline friend for you. So whether you are looking for a Sheldon-type scientist cat who has a weakness for Pop Tarts or a more feminine feline like Emma who makes tutus for the Royal Ballet and loves people watching on the Southbank, Knickerbocker Glories is the crafty corner for you.
