Ghost joins Hornet in Pharloom

idk if its just me being a baby but i just found this blog and saw this au's Hollow and i love it so much it makes me emotional 😭 it teaching other nonverbal vessels to communicate in different ways is the best thing ever oh my hoddddd

i've had this in my askbox for like 2 weeks thisis genuinely so sweet thank you. you're not a baby i am very ill over them too 😭

Do you have a lifeblood vessel of sorts?

two actually! alu (bv/lost kin) is one, in which their mask was repaired with a combination of weaver silk and lifeblood. lifeseeds tend to flock to them for some strange reason

there’s also an old one-off lifeblood vessel (their name is now morpho :]) i drew twice, once in a simple blue dress and another in an actual lifeblood themed dress

ghost!

Ghost (they/it) - AKA “Little Ghost” - Cannot speak

Has a small build, and is one of the smallest of the vessels. It uses this to their advantage in combat.

It is still fairly emotionless. Being the Shade Lord, emotion in general can be hard to express. 

It’s unpredictable, and near impossible to read its social cues, due to their souless shell.

Their expression through body language is limited. Not due to any injury or tramua-related limitations, but simply because it doesn’t express it often. (with the exception of sign language and directional movement, like pointing)

Weighs about the same weight (in human terms) as a medium-sized book.

The crack on their head is a wound from when it broke it’s shell to become one with the void. This shell is held together and is healed by soul silk.

New cloak, sewn by Hornet and the remaining Weavers. It is very flexable and durable, designed for combat. 

An upgraded nail, crafted by the Nailsmith and his husband, Sheo. Artistry is key.

However, their weapon choices are not limited. They can use most weapons, as long as they themselves can cary it.

hollow...

Hollow (it/its) - Only known fully-grown vessel (can’t fit the screen lol)

Tallest and only known fully grown-vessel. All other known vessels could have or are slightly grown, but never fully.

Though tall, it is very lightweight. Only slightly heavier than Ghost.

Doesn’t use it’s nail often, and doesn’t like resorting to conflict. 

Still has the crack on it’s eye, and has permantently blurry vision in that eye alone.

It’s cloak holds large sentimental value to it, so it’d rather keep it’s cloak than have it upgraded. It allows Hornet and the Weavers to tailor and repair it, sometimes.

It teaches the other vessels sign language, or other forms of non-verbal communication if their hands have not developed (morse code, musical languages, etc.)

Broken Vessel/Lost Kin?

Alu (they/it/xey) - Cannot speak - AKA “Lost Kin”

Somewhat grown, not fully but is fairly taller than most other vessels.

Very close to Lami, xey have a close history together and it will protect Lami with it’s life.

Has had the same nail for years, it’s been fixed and upgraded but never replaced. The nail is somewhat worn.

Cloak used to be wings it used to glide and double-jump, now it’s cloak has been tainted with void and tattered beyond repair.

Bandana is a random piece of cloth xey found long ago while adventuring with Lami. It’s been tailored and fixed.

Crack in it’s eye from falling into a spike pit. Their eye is now partially blind on the top. 

The crack has been patched with lifeblood. Xey also use it to heal when needed.

Greenpath Vessel!

Lami (they/them) - Chaotic - AKA “Greenpath Vessel”

(cant believe i never answered this 😔😔)

Very quick, and very sneaky. Can sneak past someone in the blink of an eye.

Their cloak was always long since they were born, and only grew longer until they fought Hornet.

They are very close to Alu, and lightens the mood when things look grim.

Doesn’t really like to visit the northwest in Greenpath.

Doesn’t like to use lifeblood much, either.

They made their green overcoat themself!

Their cloak was originally a purple color, but was changed over time when they were deceased in Greenpath.

moss technically knows and is friendly with everyone— but once again that would be a nightmare to add
