Day 11, 12, 13 & 14
11: don’t have any favorite thinspo blog, but support all of you who, like me, are struggling in this hell of a disorder.
12: oh boy, when I “eat good” aka restrict I skip breakfast, have lunch and skip dinner. I normally go for chicken breast, or eggwhites as protein, green veggies, and sometimes a slice of toast.
13: unhealthy. No need to question that.
14: UGW is 46kg...I would have hoped by the end of the year, but at this point, who knows.
Day 7, 8, 9 & 10
(Haven’t been motivated to answer lately because..binging)
7: My parents know I’ve been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember and know I want to lose weight. What they don’t know is that I’ve been doing it in the unhealthiest way possible. They don’t know about my ED as in restricting and fasting but they do know I binge because my dad does too..
8: Honestly Zumba is my favorite workout ever! I tend to stick to cardio in general i.e. doing the elliptical when I’m at the gym.
9: I’ve always been bullied because of my weight as a child. Pretty sure my friends make negative comments about my weight behind my back now as well, so yeah.
10: It’s so hard for me to give up food somehow. Binging. Comfort eating. It’s so harmful for me and I know it is, although I want to be able not to binge anymore, it’s the hardest thing to give up.
ED culture be like:
Restrict for a week and lose weight.
Binge for three weeks and gain everything back.
Repeat.
Day 6
Yes I binge. I’ve binged as a kid too without actually knowing what binging was. I am an emotional eater, I’ve always been, I seek comfort in food.
As for right now I am 8 days binge free.
Day 4 and 5
4: My greatest fears are mostly hair loss and infertility. My ED never got me to the point of me not getting my period, my it still kind of scares me.
5: I’ve always been chubby, my entire life. I’ve been overweight for my entire pre-teenage years, and I’m tired of it. Being the fat friend, because ALL my friends are skinny..I don’t want it anymore. So yes, I’m doing it for myself, to be able to look in the mirror and not want to throw up.
My stomach: *screaming for food by making loud embarrassing noises*
Me: TIME TO NAP YAYYY!
Day 3
I really like Camila Mendes. She’s skinny, but still remains kind of “curvy” because of her hips. I kind of have the same body type, so she’s a big inspiration for me :)
If you haven’t seen this video of zeze please do she’s so beautiful and it’s so motivating!! I’m binge watching all her videos now that I’m stuck at home and it’s honestly so cozy and comforting to watch, I love her.
