Everyone out here assuming Joe is dating any woman he’s seen in the vicinity of and this whole time I thought he could be with his blond friend because they’re always seen together imagine the speculation there’d be if his best friend was a girl LOL

People are so heteronormative that they just assume he’s straight! You’re right that if his bestie was a girl, people would be obsessed trying to find out if they’re dating haha.

How do you feel about the speculation that comes out every time Joe is seen near a woman I’ve seen some people speculate that him and Ala/na Ha/im are dating now hahaha can a man and woman not be friends anymore wth

I think it’s mad! People are definitely too delusion about their chances haha. I feel like if you’re a fan, you’d just be happy if he was happy.

There are two things that happen whenever he’s seen with any random girl- either ‘it’s his gf’ or ‘it’s his sister’. Either way is dumb because he clearly has close female friends (ie the brunette who he said at comic con was one of two friends who were his moral support throughout filming and he’s been photographed with loads including in Italy) plus his sister is literally like 14/15 years old so clearly all of these WOMEN aren’t her lol.

I low-key actually find the ‘it’s his sister’ people more annoying because it’s like they’ll find any reason not to believe he could possibly have a girlfriend/be dating! Like he’s a 28/29 year old man, of course he’s dating.

But at the end of the day, the fact he’s on Raya definitely suggests he’s currently single, but I hope he’s enjoying himself nonetheless!

Side note- I honestly don’t know how I’ve turned into a Joe Quinn blog without meaning to 😂

I’m really confused cause on Twitter there’s people insisting that that’s not Joe in the photo? Unless Joe Kerry’s location has been confirmed in the last few days I don’t understand why people are so obsessed with debunking that it’s him? I get being wary but they can’t be 100% sure it’s isn’t him either lol

I believe the guy who posted the story of the most recent photo tends to post a few days after the fact for privacy reasons (at least he has done with certain events in the past). So even if there was a sighting of Keery elsewhere, that doesn’t mean it’s not him.

I think people just like to disagree for the sake of it haha.

There are people on twitter mostly, hating on Joseph quinn cuz he got nominated for an award and caleb didnt and like. They wouldnt even be nominated in the same categories (hes got a supporting role nomination, which caleb wouldnt have been even nominated for) , and its not josephs fault some award shows overlook black actors. Why are they even bringing joseph into it and being horrible tf

This annoys me so much. People saying ‘how is he nominated for 1 hours screen time’ like it’s a SUPPORTING actor nomination, that’s literally what it means!

I completely understand the implications of Caleb not being nominated, throughout his entire time on ST. I do think he deserved a nomination, and it’s incredibly sus that he’s the only one of the main S4 players who didn’t get a nod. BUT…how is that anything to do with Joe or Eddie?

Plus I didn’t see the outrage like this when Robert Englund got an Emmy nom for his 5 mins as Victor Creel- because that’s the nature of the award. SUPPORTING.

I think it was hard to believe at first because we don’t actually know how close Joseph and Joe are so Joe hanging with Joseph’s friends seems kinda unrealistic at first. Obviously we don’t know these people and how close they are though but sometimes it’s people just being wary of believing two co-stars are best of friends outside of work

Totally understand! I didn’t expect the reaction I got but can understand people being wary of what I was saying as obviously I had no proof as I wasn’t willing to share names and accounts etc.

However some of the messages (that I chose not to reply to as I didn’t want to give the people the time of day) were vile to say the least, which just felt so so unnecessary. So confused as to why people get so personal and hateful over something so arbitrary!
