OKAY I NEED TO RANT ABOUT THIS

this is one of my absolute favorite (and most obvious) kaylor moments of all time. she’s literally RIGHT THERE, uncredited but yet center screen. and from the same era of “the man” music video, when they would have already been working with prosthetics and makeup artists to turn women (specifically women who look like taylor) into “men”.

I have a theory why a lot of fans of a celebrity will "bend over backwards" in situations like this. It's because people expect them to abandon the art alongside the artist. You can say what you want but in my opinion if you could let people appreciate her music and not expect them to stop streaming her songs, maybe more swifties would turn around and say "yeah i love her music but maybe she should use her influence for good"

If you look down on people for loving anyone who isn't a complete saint, they will gouge their own eyes out before seeing any flaw in them.
