I'm terrified of rain
It’s raining so damn hard here. At night. Why. No matter how much I tried to understand the majority of y'all liking the rain but I cannot simply enjoy it. Ever since I was a child I was terrified of rain and worried if it was gonna cover the entire city. Silly enough here I am under my covers unable to sleep cause the rain and thunder and lightning and ugh. Someone give me words of wisdom.
Still afraid of rain but at least I can enjoy it with my bf
Stop it Daisy. (Advice to me)
Daisy stop blaming your parents. They’re not the reason why he might not stay. Daisy, know that if he wants to leave its cause it was his choice. Daisy let him go if he wants to leave. Daisy, I know you wished for him to come back ever since that night. Daisy you’re really stubborn and an absolute brat. But Daisy. Don’t blame yourself for anything he does. He decides own his own. Daisy. Pray if you need to. Pray For the most selfish things.Daisy you pray for him to stay as you have prayed for him to come back. Took a year but He has granted it (or so you like to think it that way). Whatever happens Daisy just know that you’ll make it through. You survived when you thought you weren’t gonna. But you’re strong. You’re independent. You’re wise. You’re amazing. And if it it makes you feel any better, Daisy, just think that if does stay this time despite how your parents are ( strict and VERY protective ) know that he finally is seeing that your worth it. And if he doesn’t…well… He’s a very inconsiderate son of a bitch that just wants to suffer in love. CAUSE CLEARLY THAT WHAT HE WANTS.
So Daisy. Sleep. Pray. Wish. Hope. Then Wake up. Apologize to your lovely parents. Talk to them with respect and love. Make sure to listen to them and make sure they listen to you. Solve any misunderstandings. And keep flipping that beautiful hair back and forth cause it’s not the end of the world.
Goodnight Daisy.
I need someone who is okay with me crying multiple times a day and just being there to hug me and say "Don't worry, Daisy. The pain will end."
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
â€â€Ephesians‬ â€4:32‬ â€ESV‬‬
I have been struggling for days, actually years, with a battle of letting my emotions overpower my actions and my flesh angrily reacting to situations or trusting and letting God work through me for things that are important to me. For as long as I can remember God has placed a passion in me for social justice and now that our country is fighting one of the biggest battles for racial equality I wasn’t sure how to go about this occurrence. My initial reaction was to post to point fingers and call out everything that we’re doing wrong but I felt God asking me to take a step back and reflect on the reality of what is happening. For a moment I thought He was asking for my silence because I thought that silence would help make peace, but I know that to be silent is to take a side and I learned from Jesus himself that we must speak up about issues that matter. Jesus is the best advocate for everything regarding social justice, and I believe in my heart that this is a defining moment for us to stand, to speak life and love to those who are hurting in this moment. We must realize that these things are happening, that racism is real, and that people are being hurt; and to these brothers and sisters we must let them know we see them and we stand with them. We cannot ask people to forget the ways in which we have hurt them, but we can work to help them forgive and heal. It is not enough to just post about it, we must reach out to those who are hurting and take substantial action to make our world and our future a better place.

Some people probably need this:
Stop trying to carry the weight of the world on your own shoulders. You can only do so much. The Bible says that His yoke is easy and His burden is light, so do not let yourself carry heavy burdens. Find rest.
Because at the end of the day you're still human, not God.
You're not the savior of the world, Jesus is.
Unload your burdens to Him and let Him take it from here.
And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Colossians 3:17
For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.
Psalms 30:5
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.”
— 2 Timothy 1:7
What does grace do? Grace promotes, uplifts, builds, encourages and blesses. Paul said, let every word you speak with your mouth promote, uplift, encourage, inspire and bless others. Paul talked about our everyday communication with other people, the way we speak and relate with others. He was explaining the way we should talk with other people. The way you speak to other people always defines the kind of person you are. That's why your speech should be with grace. It should attract rather than repel.Your speech shouldn't destroy or discourage someone. Gracious speech doesn't offend anyone. It has a polite, good and positive tone. You see, there is always a manner we talk as believers, a believer doesn't just speak anything. Our words separate us from the world.
Paul also said, let also your speech be seasoned with salt.Salt preserves food and gives it a taste.Your speech should preserve rather than contaminate.Observe people who have a seasoned speech. You almost like it when you are with them. Whenever there is a problem, they wouldn't talk much about it or complain about it. They will talk the solution instead. That's having a good speech. When your speech is with grace and seasoned with salt, you will know how to answer every man, even those kind of people who have a short temper. You will answer every person rightly and correctly.
