location: winter falls festival, gravi-tea booth.
after missing out on the first two days of the festival due to a tight work deadline, lennon made sure to keep the whole of sunday free. no calls, no emails, no phone. as much as it was a struggle for her, she knew that days of rest were equally as important as days on the grind. with a cotton candy in hand, she indulges happily in the sweet treat, walking contentedly around the market stalls, taking in the sights. finding herself returning to the gravi-tea booth, she decides to strike up some polite conversation. ❛ you know, if you're needing a recommendation, i'd for sure go with the iced apple, chai cinnamon. ❜ lennon held up her cup to the person next in line, showing them that it was nearly empty. ❛ i'm actually queuing for my second, it's that good. ❜
Working through a festival when all you wanted to do was enjoy the festivities was the worst but Daisy finally had a day off and that meant she was ready to cram as much fun in as she possible could. Although, somehow, someway she still managed to find herself at the Gravi-Tea booth. She just couldn't escape the place even on her days off. For a moment she was lost in a world of her own, brought back to her senses when Lennon began to speak. "You'd think after working at the place for the last few months, I'd know which flavours are the best but... I haven't got around to trying that one yet. So, obviously now I have to. I'm trusting you on this!"

To say that Arun was nervous as he watched the people skating around was an understatement. So many of them were wobbling on their skates that they were destined for an accident. Arun gripped the ledge in front of him with a grimace etched into his features. "Please don't fall over, I don't want to have to treat you." He spoke out loud, his grimace melting to worry as someone toppled over.
Ice skating wasn't something Daisy had really experienced much but she was always a fast learner so she was somewhat steady on her feet. That didn't mean she didn't stumble and occasionally fall over. It was at that moment when Arun was watching that she ended up stumbling but managed to catch herself... until her foot got caught behind her other one and she fell down on to the ice. "Oop," Daisy grimaced, using her hands to push her body back to a standing position. "See! I'm all good. No need to worry. Maybe just stick around in case, though. I guess I'm not as good at this as I thought I was."

𝓢𝓱𝓸𝓻𝓽 𝓑𝓲𝓸
Daisy was born an only sibling. When she was 6 her mom ended up leaving so it was just her and her dad. She doesn't really remember her birth mom much.
When Daisy was 10, her dad met her step mom Ella who instantly treated her like her own filling that gap her own mother had left her. It wasn't long after when Ella had fallen pregnant finally giving Daisy a sibling who she adored. The four of them had a happy life together - one that Daisy was extremely greatful for knowing that other people weren't always as lucky.
During her last year of high school, Daisy met her ex-boyfriend. He was her first love and she had fallen fast and hard. Their relationship had been far from perfect but with it being her first one, she didn't know any better. Things ended badly between the two of them, leaving a lot of hostility and Daisy with a broken heart.
Growing up all Daisy had always had such a love for music. Her dad had signed her up for piano and guitar lessons at her request. She's a naturally talented singer - barely even having to try and yet has a beautiful singing voice. Her ultimate goal in life is to break into the music industry but for now she's happy playing local shows and working as a barista. It pays the rent and lets her lead a realitvly comfy life so she couldn't complain.
Once she had grown more confident with herself, she'd decided to move out of her parents place and settle in Starlight Oaks. She's only lived there for a few months but she knows this is the place she belongs right now.
