i’m having a really good manic high period so close to my birthday which feels amazing but i’m dead scared of the other shoe dropping at any moment…BRUTHA.

i like when love is very sweet and nice and true but also simultaneously full of miscommunication and lies and abuse

i’ve had this little story idea in my head since watching obsession and kind of wondering “oh if there was a vicious ex involved this would be like titania, bottom and oberon” and now i really want to write something from titania and oberon’s younger days where he was servant to the last faerie queen and she was one of her handmaidens (i say servant but he’s her lover). kinda like the idea of him manipulating titania to kill the queen for him and promise her queendom in return but the catch is that he’s king and she isn’t sole sovereign (she finds that out later).

last night was watching a youtube video w my boyfriend where this woman was talking abt how it's ok to depict rape in fiction obviously but it has to be distressing for the reader and v clear that the rape is not in any way being romanticized i mean i know i talk abt this all the time on here but sometimes you just want to settle in with your romanticized depiction of rape. sometimes you want to have fun with it and you don't want to be reminded THIS IS WRONG by the author every page you want to be like awwww when the rapist and the victim fall in love <3 when the victim has to enjoy it bc there's no choice <3 like sorry We Live in a Society where rape is inescapable for many ppl ofc there are going to be cultural artifacts that reflect that inescapability by romanticizing the cage

emma d’arcy has such magnetic form as an actor, they draw me the way rosamund pike does (could potentially be the vocal cadence not sure). anyway, watching some actors is like taking the first bite out of a decadent dessert.

It’s kinda cool how someone can just pop into your life all of a sudden and become so important to you within such a small amount of time. I think that’s what makes life so interesting though. There’s always a reason to be hopeful for the future because you never know what good things will come your way next.
