i work at the observatory. two nights ago i discovered two new stars quite close together. i noted their positions. last night they were gone. i trust my notation was accurate. i know they were there. im a woman of science and i find it hard to believe they simply vanished. especially as tonight as i lay here and gaze wide eyed unblinking at my ceiling they are staring back

i wonder if ive been awake at every minute of every day of the year at least once. like i worked nights for years so i feel like its possible

i applied such a specific series of filter options in firealpaca and on canva that i will probably never be able to make a piece that looks like this again. garnet deserves it though. shes a really. good. swimmer

anyway its 5:30am and i objectively should not have stayed up all night drawing garnet steven universe. i have been hyperfocused on productivity and creativity and im burning myself out. i fear i may be having an episode of some description. i should stop drawing for a few days

i just drew garnet from steven universe in the gta 6 cover girl pose and then i went kinda crazy and basically i will never be able to replicate the post processing i did on this drawing because i just went through a shitload of basically arbitrary halftone dither filter and watercolour filter and clarity and vibrance and vignette and posterization and gradiation map options until i ended up at a cool fun purple colourscape
