the problem with having a decade old tumblr blog is that there are posts on it from a decade ago

I can only imagine what the interaction between the original characters and the au characters would be like!
I can see Carnival!Jax throwing himself at Jax and giving him the most intense, disturbing look possible and demanding a way to get the collar off.
Or Pomni just trying to swear for the thousandth time, only for Carnival!Ragatha to say something like "Gasp! Profanity."
But the best thing would be to see Carnival!Caine giving Caine the dirtiest look possible, for trapping so many people inside a game, knowing he could give them a way out of that hellish loop.
I say they are mostly relatively the same! Or-- I try to keep it that way 🤔 I was never really a fan of Aus that no longer resemble the original source

My funniest ventriloquism story starts with the fact that I was obsessed with ventriloquism from a young age. I used to obsessively practice speaking without moving my lips, practicing the different tongue and air tricks and everything. Then I got sick with Bell’s Palsy, and it hit both sides of my face at the same time. Bell’s Palsy is like a headcold that hits your facial nerves. Anyway- This meant my entire face was paralyzed. I couldn’t speak using my lips. The doctor stared at me, dumbfounded that I was able to speak very fluently without my face moving at all.

The presence of Squilliam Fancypants would suggest that “Squi-“ is simply a common prefix for octopus names, likely one with great cultural significance and meaning

squidward has only 6 tentacles. OCTOpuses have 8 (hence the prefix). the creator is a marine biologist, this isnt some rookie design mistake. literally anyone who has watched the show for 5 minutes would know this come on now yall….
you dont get to decide whether or not all the octopuses in the show’s lack of tentacles is or isnt a design choice when its already BEEN CONFIRMED BEFORE THAT HES AN OCTOPUS IN A MULTITUDE OF OFFICIAL MATERIALS. also, there are actual squids on the show:
Also where is everyone in the notes getting the idea that 8 tentacles=octopuses and 6 tentacles=squids. Squids don’t have 6 tentacles. Squids have 10 limbs, 2 of which are tentacles and 8 of which are legs that look like tentacles.

this thing, the internet, that has connected us for these decades—it is a spiderweb, and we are no longer the spiders. but the spiders are algorithmic, inhuman, dividing and conquering, manipulating and harvesting. i fear this web will collapse under its own weight.
it was fun while it lasted.
i grew up here, in this world-wide wild west. i don’t know how to live without it. i don’t know if it’s possible any more. i wish i knew something of the days, long before i was born, when the internet was simpler or even nonexistent. i wish i knew how to entertain myself, how to communicate, how to learn without this thing in my hand.
but this castle is build from sand, and the water is rising. i can feel the foundations crumbling and i do not want to wait and see if they will hold.
i will miss you all. and i will think of you every time i feel the pain of this addiction, as i break it, as it breaks me. do not wonder if i am ok—if i return then a part of me has died.
and now that you’ve read this, you can either scroll and forget me—good, i welcome it, banish my memory—or you can join me, if you dare, if you have that privilege, and become human again.

These two got impatient waiting in Unova (As minimum age is 15) and instead went to the region where Charlie’s father had worked as an engineer for their Pokémon journey, they got caught up in a lot of events unintentionally.
Charlie goes missing just before the final tournament against Leon after it’d been delayed a month (due to the region being flooded by dynamax energy) leaving everyone reeling as to where one of the main competitors went (or when.)
Charlie’s Trainer number is 113, while Rowena chose 666
