Goblin Open Hand Monk
Greater Water Elemental
The largest of the "true" water elementals found on the Prime Material, the Greater Water Elemental generally makes its home at the bottom of a deep body of water, only rising to the surface to attack ships that invade its territory.
On rare occasions it will follow a fleeing ship to shore, where it will then wreak havoc on any settlement it finds there before returning to its lair.

Gosta, Red Dragon Cult Leader
Gosta stumbled upon Eh'existrix's lair when he had barely come of age. Her first instinct was to roast the young boy where he stood, but something told her that he could be useful.
She offered Gosta a bargain. His life for eternal servitude, although she sold it as "tutelage". He took to his place with the fervor of a zealot, and eventually that devotion manifested in the form of seemingly supernatural ability. Eh'existrix did not know how they were granted, but saw their usefulness immediately.
Gosta was sent to consolidate the tribes of kobolds into one cult, dedicated to the worship of the Great Red Queen Eh'existrix. A task that he has been quite successful at.

Scorched
Not all skeletons are created equally. Some necromancers have a love of all things fire. Sometimes a skeleton just happens to be created where elemental fire holds sway.
No matter how a scorched is created, woe to the adventurer that is unprepared for an encounter with one.... especially for the surprise that comes after "winning."

Choker of the Red Dragon
These chokers were first created by dragons to bestow a portion of their power to their most loyal lieutenants.
Over the millennia the secret to their construction has been discovered by the various "lesser" races, and are therefore just as likely to be found on a fire-eating bard on a dragon cult leader.

Madalina Poénaru (Vampire Hunter)
Like most agents, Madalina was an orphan raised by the Fraternity of the Rose. Her natural half-elvish gifts made her a perfect candidate for the Order of the Thorn, the Fraternity’s vampire exterminators.
She has risen up the racks thanks to her many successful hunts, and can now just as likely be found cunducting her own investigations as performing any Fraternity sanctioned hunt.

Plague Dog
The first time you come across one of these you would be forgiven for thinking it was a zombified wolf. What this ACTUALLY is, however, is the product of magical experiments.
No one knows how long ago, or why, but mages magically bred a disease permanently into its DNA, and with it an immunity to all diseases.

Pestilence Staff
These powerful staffs are carved from ancient cyprus branches and left to rot while cults dedicated to dieties and demons of filth and disease perform rituals that bind foul magics to them.
Rare is the staff that is not in active use sowing woe and suffering in the hands of one of these cult members. Many cults will go to the ends of the earth to recover one that is lost.

Glandoum the Shamed (Pact of the Tome Warlock)
Glandoum Flintbreaker was the first born son of Clan Tholgrarlum's most talented forgemaster and leatherworker. No matter what was needed his parents were the ones you wanted to craft it. Being the first born yours was a destiny of craftmanship and industry inherited from his parents. All Glandoum wanted to do is learn. Not about iron and leather, but history... nature... and magic. Every free moment not at the forge was spent in a book.
Many children "meet" an imaginary friend and Glandoum was no different. Cthugha was the friend he needed when he had no time to make real ones, telling him stories to help him pass the time. For the first few years his parents thought it was cute, but then he got to be a little old for such things. And then the strange things started occurring.
What his parents did not know was that Cthugha was a being from the Far Realms. Why it took a liking to their son only it knows, but sometime after his 15th birthday it made a deal with the boy. Be its friend forever and all the world's knowledge would be his. How could he say no? Cthuga warned the boy not to tell anyone. His loyalty is supposed to be to the clan. Noone would understand their "friendship".
This went on for years. Days learning the forge from his father, and nights learning secrets from Cthugha. It could have kept going forever, but Glandoum got careless. His mother was thinking of the question she was GOING to ask... and Glandoum answered in her mind.
He was immediately taken to the clan elders. When questioned about where this ability to read mind came from he was honest. What harm could come from his friend? Why should he not seek out knowledge? The elders would here none of it. They used words like "pact" and "demon"... and "warlock". But Cthugha was no demon. He was his friend.
The elders decision was swift. Glandoum was stripped of his family name and bansihed from the clan, never to return. So now he is Glandoum the Shammed. He wanders the world aquiring knowledge where he can. He has vowed to go back to his clan and reclaim his birthright. Will he do so as a hero, proving his clan wrong or will we take what is rightfully his by force? Only time will tell.

Fiendish Torturer
When the souls of the damned are sent to the planes to face their due torment, it is usually these insectoid torturers that perform those terrible duties—and they are quite pleased with that arrangement. These fiends are more often than not working for higher ranking fiends. Dispater alone employs more than a thousand torturers in Dis.
Their insect-like carapace is a dark bluish-purple hue, and they have long, serrated proboscises. Their heads are small; they have long, thin legs which end in claws that are surprisingly good at using implements of torture despite a distinct lack of thumbs.

Ring of the Stolen Flame
Carved from a solid chunk of clear crystal mined from the heart of a volcano, this ring has the power to absorb any flames that threaten to harm the wearer. That energy is stored, causing the ring to glow a bright fiery orange.
