i need to be somewhere else.

He doesn’t need to say anything further. Without any more prompting from anyone, especially his twin, Jinha does exactly what he has done everytime they’re in a situation. Signaling to follow him, he makes an escape plan to get them both out of the danger zone. In this case, vicious whispers and judgemental glares by the crowd around them. 

Jinha sighs as they finally making it in a more isolated area of the event. Unfortunately, they cannot fully escape the place, since it is after all his twin’s wedding. But at least now the only person that can corner the other, was Jinha himself. “How are you holding up, brother?”

Hey everyone! Alright so I know I’ve been here for like a month and still lowkey really slow with plotting with everyone (going so far to still try to answer everyone’s prompts!) Honestly, aside from life hitting me like a brick wall, I think I needed a little more muse for the fc-- don’t get me wrong, I do love Joohyuk! But at the same time, I imagine someone else different for this specific muse. Meaning OH SEHUN--- style~ yehet!! please like this post to plot and I’ll make sure to tackle everyone this weekend! with that said, have a good weekend!! <3

“ don’t you believe there’s someone for everyone?”

It was the nth time that day when someone had asked him the same question. Looking up at his brother, he supposed it was an appropriate enough inquiry to ask him. It beats the question of people wondering if when he was next to step up and joined the matrimony world. 

“I think there is.” He says calmly,  looking down at her as he contemplates his answer. Unlike the first time, he was asked that night, seeing the bride react someone in disdain towards his brother made him a bit strange. There was talk, like always, concerning how she did not want to be the bride. Jinha felt rather insulted on behalf of his twin. “Although one must truly be lucky to actually find that person. What do you think?”

one of these days, it'll be your turn.

“Oh god I hope not.” Shaking his head, Jinha clasped a hand behind his brother’s back. “One of us being tie-- settling down is enough, brother.” Smiling at the man that stood next to him. They were so similar, not quite identical. But apparent enough for people to see the uncanny resemblance between the two of them. “Don’t fret, Jinil. I’ve got to look after our boys and make sure to keep them out of trouble.” 

“This would be your brand new adventure.” He whispers, gaze shifting ahead of them. He casually offers a salute and a nod to the occasional bystander. Nudging his twin with his elbow, he gesture to the new bride. “You’re lucky. So I’m not going to apologies to the fact that this isn’t something we can do together. I’m proud of you, brother.”

“ well? how do i look?”

“Handsome as ever my prince.” He says shaking his head at the younger boy. Moments like this it was hard to forget the type of privileged boys he and Jinil grew up with. All those delicate ways rubbed off from the twins when they stepped foot into the army. Fully returned as men in their own respective rights and experience. But Jinha had to admit, he does miss relaxing in moments like these. 

Glancing back at his brother-in-law, Jinha gives the boy another look over. “I reckon you’d be catching a lot of attention, your highness.” Teasing the young man further, reaching for a drink to offer Hyojin. All the while, downing one for himself.

“ she doesn’t look ready for the marriage bed.”

He almost spat out the drink he had just sipped. With wide eyes he turned to look at the noble young lady beside him. The was the last thing Jinha would have expected to come out from someone so... ‘pure’ and angelic looking as Mishil.

“I beg your pardon--?” Looking around to see if anyone else around them heard her. Thankfully everyone else was busy congratulating the ‘happy couple’, and was not really paying attention to the groom’s twin. With a sigh the army man supposed he could indulge in her statement. “No... although I don’t think he is either.” He said with a smirk playing across his stoic features.
