the thud made the floor almost cribble from the sheer force she used to drop her male counterpart down. this was a sparring session, something that she did enjoy doing herself, imaginary enemies were better since she tended to get very violent when she fought. but then again, the tension was wearing off to her mind but not so much at the atmosphere of the ship. sure she had agreed to follow the sister of her dead doppelganger to that adventure of ship but she didn’t know for how long she would pretend to be the goody-two shoes that everyone expected her to. especially sara lance where she had made her point  clear that she could never be laurel.  /their/ laurel. ‘ you leave too many openings when you attack. just because you got the whole steel boner thing, doesn’t mean you should leave those openings . especially to those that can overpower you easily. ‘
