Any tips or words of advice to a first time marathoner? 🏃🏽‍♂️ ⁣☘️ ⁣ This weekend I’ll be running the Shamrock Marathon in Virginia Beach. Do you have a hard time getting your run training done during the winter? 🥶 ⁣ ⁣ Winter runs are always a struggle for me. Lately it’s been in the low 20s some days and with my raynauds it gets painful to be outside. I have to be aware of the temps and wear multiple layers to keep myself warm. ⁣ ⁣ But then a couple miles in I’m usually sweating pretty good and almost too hot.
