Just wanna get this off my chest

I'm fine by having surprise projects and deliverables. I don't have problems with them. But can we please stop asking kung kelan matatapos yung mga dapat nating gawin??? I mean yun sana yung tinatapos ko kaso may biglang papagawa sakin na deadline na kinabukasan. Paano? Annoying na actually. Parang pag tinatanong ako kung nasan na yung mga DAPAT kong gawin parang wala silang pinapagawa saking ibang bagay na wala naman sa plano. Paano mahahabol sa oras yung mga projects e panay "ay paki-prioritize naman neto (unplanned projects)". Paano na?? Hahaha tapos ngayon feeling masama ako kase di ko natatapos yung mga dapat tapos ko na nung september pa.

Ang weird lang kase ang alam ko design lang ako pero pati info update ng buong company saken? Tapos ko na design ng calling like a month ago and they still kinda blame me for not having it to production. Paano na?? Gahahaha

Annoying pa yung OA na reaction nila sa mga bagay-bagay. Yung parang ang laking kasalanan yung nagawa ko. Anonaa ayoko talaga ng mga OA.

Yang ministry kit na yan haha july august palang may design na ako. Pinaabot na ako pati sa accordion just to be turned down. Hahaha

Nakakastress wala naman silang natutulong. Puro lang suggestions walang proper na instructions. Huhu blame my incompetence, yes. I deserve that. Pero kung mga tao e panay suggest lang at hintay; walang maayos na instructions and criticism e wala na. Tapos na tayo hahai

I didn't ask for this suffering. It was already 7 years. How long should I stay resilient? I'm losing sympathy to myself and to other people. Will this be worth it just for a good future.

I don't want a good future.

I want to die and be at peace in Heaven.

I wanted to make sure that before I sleep I tell myself I shouldn't concern myself on something I never wanted to happen in the first place just because I want to test the waters.

In my case I never actually meant it. It was a mistake to even bring that up when I actually never wanted it to happen.

I was so desperate bc I'm dying.

Now I feel dead bc of something I did to myself.

It wasn't even real to me.

And yet I still did it.

What a foolish mistake.

In the end my emotions prevailed.

Nobody won. I loss my dignity.

Now I'll just to face the facts.

And suck it up; the judgements, belittling, underestimation.

Suck it up.

Tomorrow the dawn will rise.

Sacred Spaces (Thibaud Portier) A series on modernist churches

Over the millennia, churches have shifted back and forth from centers of community to individual introspection and reflection, pausing periodically along the scale as a new denomination upset the balances of tradition.

The modern church is a delicate institution; under siege from countering theologies, philosophies and the super speed of daily life, it must at once withstand the constant tempest of change while remaining anchored to tradition. The way the most long-standing institutions have done this is by finding a balance: deep roots that touch the core of humanity and yet a flexible reedlike ability to bend and sway with the tensions of modernity.

Architecturally, Thibaud Poirier was inspired by the astounding variety of church design. There are only but a few physical signs that bind them together: a visual focal point, usually but not always a cross, rows of seating trained on the visual cue, and a space clearly designed to spark wonder, reflection, devotion.

These are spaces that we’re designed to repeatedly draw one in, and create sacred long lasting relationships with visitors. Ranging from a cosy monk-like modest chapel to elaborate ethereal cathedrals with vaulted archways stretching to the heavens, their variety of worship spaces is as diverse as it is personal. In this series Thibaud Poirier wanted to capture a few of the most exceptional sacred spaces, to show how they interpret the institution stylistically and concretely shape radically different interiors for people to worship.

And yet despite their great stylistic differences, the glue between these churches remains invisible to the human eye yet vibrates within each of us: the emotional state created whilst one is present. The sense of belonging. The conviction of something larger than us all.
